My neck was saggy and I had droop of lower jaw line. I had a consult with Dr Kramer and she went through every detail of my concern, surgery, and what to expect. She was easy to understand. I had my Surgery Oct. 24th. @ Surgery Center and went home same day. I felt good - no problem. Two follow up’s @ office same week. I didn’t look at results at first follow up because I know I bruise easily and I didn’t want to be distracted in seeing results. It’s been five weeks and I look great! I contacted Quintessa to get a consultation for neck lipo and Buccal fat removal and apon seeing my facial injury from a dog bite Dr pafford was happy to evaluate it on the spot for me. I was told by the hospital plastic surgeons at the time of the injury it could not be fixed, and I called multiple independent plastic surgery practices over the years who all told me they do not do any trauma reconstruction.
