Kim Anderson: To anyone looking to purchase Aluminum from a trustworthy company, I am the General Manager here at Howard. I need to explain our overall low rankings here on Google. On May 15th we received an anonymous phone call telling us to check our google reviews, then the individual immediately hung up. The new reviews indicated that we should fire an inside sales-person because that individual was not a good. Note; the person they referred to by name had not even taken customer calls yet, so how could they possibly judge that. There were 4 postings on our site from obviously made up names, that were inappropriate as well. This individual took the time to create 4 google accounts and continues to keep posting negative comments on our site. As anyone knows it is impossible to contact google to address this, but I am able to flag the comments and Google has removed several of them but he keeps posting, which lowers our overall rankings. I can only fight this with complete transparency, and welcome anyone who is concerned about the service our company provides to contact me directly. Many of the reviews on our sites are from existing customers who would be happy to give us a referral. There are some things in society that baffle my mind, and why someone would spend so much time to deface a company or individual is beyond me. We have been in business since 1928 and have a stellar reputation in the Metals distribution market. Please do not let these bad reviews stop you from calling and talking to me.
