Jeff H: I had a door installed 20 years ago. Door is in great shape yet. Only issue is the clips that lock the windows in place. These are Aluminum. That said, I went in to get some replacements and no charge . High quality door, installed perfect and 20 years later they stand behind the product. That is great customer service.
