When I called Jake at Laabs, he was able to find the part even though we only had the model number and not the part number and assure me they had it in stock. I picked it up within 15 minutes, and Jake took the time to explain to me how to replace it and also suggested ways to find YouTube videos that would walk us through the process.I was super pleased with Laabs' customer service and friendliness and I will be happy to go back to them the next time we need appliance parts or service. He thoughtfully sent a variety of a few parts to make sure I could get my oven working! Back in 2017, Jake's dad, Bryan, sent me a heating element replacement which I replaced myself with his advice. Jake and Bryan have kept my oven, an oldie but goodie, out of the landfill! Thank you, Jake!!

Marvin Dokter: Had a problem with a Speed Queen dryer timer malfunction. The dryer was still in the warranty period. The repair technician Michael arrived right in the time window that had been provided when we called for service. While scheduling the appointment and describing the problem Michael was able to anticipate the problem and had ordered and brought the needed replacement parts. Michael had been to our home once before about 6 months ago for a warranty repair to our Speed Queen washing machine. This time, just like the prior visit, Michael was very professional, provided excellent explanations how the failure likely occurred, gave very helpful suggestions on how to use the appliance to achieve its maximum potential and service life, and very quickly replaced the faulty parts. He was very courteous, professional, competent and knowledgeable. Great job! Will definitely use Badger again if we have another issue. Thanks for the great service!Service:Dryer repair

Judith Steinke: Brad at Badger Laundry is my hero! I had several Tie-Dyed Queen Size Sheet Sets processing when my washer stopped -- you can't take THAT to a laundromat! Hand rinsing and washing until colorfast was pretty much physically impossible, especially with the short window of time I had to get them finished. Badger was scheduling about a week out, but when I told him what my situation was, he figured out a way to get over here and fix my machine so I could meet my deadline. THANKS, BRAD!!!

CH4madness: Excellent place for appliance repairs, they have anything you need. I had to fix up my dryer and they got me the exact parts needed and best part was I could just walk right in and ask for what I needed and they found and picked the parts right away and I was on my way in a few mins. Costs a few bucks more than trying to find the right cheap parts off amazon hoping you get it right but the customer service at Dey and getting exactly what I needed for the job was more than worth it. Will use them for any future appliance repair needs.

The tech came out and said it was the switch but rather than replacing the whole switch he could replace a couple of parts inside of it and it would be cheaper. He came back out a few days later and replaced the parts and at the end he let me know that it was working but he had broken off a piece of the plastic cover. He said we'd never see it and it would work fine but he was going to order a replacement and come back the next day to replace it because he didn't want his name associated with a repair not being done the right way.He came back out the next day and replaced the part.Great job!!
