While this resulted in a slightly longer wait time, the situation was handled with utmost professionalism. The DoorDasher was occupied with what I presumed to be other deliveries, causing a significant delay, and turning what should have been a 10 minute drive to my apartment into an hour of hopping around the east side. When the food finally arrived, the fries and wings had lost their crispiness, though I was delighted to find that the signature flavors I've come to enjoy were still intact.Understanding the importance of freshness and crispness, I shared my feedback with the team at Wings Over Milwaukee. To my surprise, the owner, Brian, personally reached out to me to address the issue. Brian not only apologized for the inconvenience but went above and beyond by providing a credit for my next purchase.This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Jason Alexander: They are still so great, i tried the garlic buffalo and its one of the best buffalo's, not too hot, and the flavor is amazing. Also if you come here and they have the blueberry BBQ or the butterscotch BBQ definitely get one of those. Their crinkle cut fries and the potato wedges have always been perfect, nice fluffy insides, crispy outside, and the food is always hot and fresh, I literally cannot recommend this place enough. AND if the owner sees this PLEASE add the butterscotch BBQ to permanent sauce list, it is quite literally the best BBQ I've ever had in my life, the 3 friends I had with me also agreed, I would buy and drink that stuff by bottle!!!!!Parking: Good luck!

Matthew Graphman: It's been a while since I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Truth is I reluctantly stopped there when our preferred option had closed a few minutes before we arrived. Anyway, the wings were tasty and the service was excellent. My main resistance to restaurants like BWW is all of the noise. It's a loud place and I hate being surrounded by TV screens. Each to his own, but not my style of dinning.

Zu Bai: I was recommended by my brother to go to this place, and it's honestly one of the best wing places I've been to. This shop alone has the utmost best customer service and the most friendly staff, who seem like they are your friends when you are ordering. Their food is always fresh and not frozen, which is what makes them one of the best take-out places. Their wings are always cooked to perfection, and they have the best variety of sauces.Fries look like they are hand made and are crispy.And the alfredo was also very good!Lastly, the chicken salad was good and they did not cheap out on the chicken!The store is always clean and has the best atmosphere. I would recommend it, and I am definitely going there 100 more times!

Talor Gregory: Steny’s is a go-to for sports, their trivia is so fun, and I cannot think of a time I’ve been and it’s not been great. Bartenders and servers are super friendly, you do have to keep in mind that when it’s absolutely packed, there will be some small delays!Vegetarian options: They have a vegan chicken that’s really great to add and are so helpful making something vegan for me. My favorite is the G Thang salad as a wrap with the faux chicken. Also, their side of veggies is the BEST most simple side you could want.

Matthew Failla: Came here for the first time recently for lunch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. It turned out it was actually the owner and the GM who served me. It’s awesome to see a place where the owner helps out with day to day operations. I got a bloody mary which was really good with a great garnish and 8 wings. The wings were fried then grilled and tossed in Buffalo sauce. I love wings so I'm usually pretty critical and these were good. Not the best I’ve ever had but pretty darn good. Nice sauce to crisp ratio, classic buffalo sauce. I’m excited to try the rest of the menu and the alternating soul food and puerto rican specials on certain sundays. I feel lucky to have something like this place walking distance from home. Great vibes and they really make you feel like a friend right away.
