Amie Jean: Id give 10 stars if I could! My father died this Christmas Eve. It was an extremely fast and devastating rare cancer diagnosis. He was fine and healthy no problems until November when he was diagnosed, my 16 year old son found him on Christmas morning having passed away in his sleep. My son's own father was never around, and so my son and my father had an EXTREMELY close and unique bond. My dad bought my son his truck in August, for his first vehicle. It was a 2004 Ram and indeed showed its age with the rust and scratches and dents and all the usual 20 yr old truck body work problems. We took his truck in to see about getting just the wheel well and rocker panel rust fixed. My mom and son spoke with John and had most communication with him about the work, so I don't know any of the other guys names, but once the whole story was explained and how extremely sentimental that truck has become for my son they all did such an amazing job and I truly felt like they gave it extra care and attention to details. New bed, all rust gone, every scratch, ding, dent and paint chip fixed, under it and everywhere that the rust was really badly eating through was fixed and completely new paint job and the whole thing is solid and sealed and looks beautiful! If I could give 10 stars I would. The communication was amazing from estimate all the way through to picking it up. The extra care and attention to little details is very noticed and I know how much extra work they put into getting that truck as close to perfect as they could. This truck is extremely emotional and sentimental for my son and myself, and now it will easily remain in good solid condition for another 10 or 15 years. We will definitely be returning customers for any and all future autobody work needed for our vehicles, and will be surly letting all the people I know how much of an amazing job they did on that truck for us! Thank you again John and all the other guys who worked so hard to help Jordan have such a beautiful truck, which is such a significant emotional and sentimental memento of his grandpa that will now, thanks to all your hard work last in such good condition for many years to come.

Since I have a high collision deductible, I would have ended up paying much of that cost out-of-pocket. So I took my car into Alliance Auto Body for a second opinion. John & Rachel Horvath: A month ago I was contemplating having to junk my prized 2002 Toyota Sequoia, after an accident which was caused by avoiding a stalled vehicle in an intersection. Had to swerve and hit a stop light at 30 miles an hour. Thankfully the car did not sustain an airbag deployment or any major damage to the mechanicals. However, the damage was to the core support, hood, bumper, etc.. was extensive. Other big box shops would not even entertain the job, or would do it without a concrete estimate. Called Ray at Govani's after doing a bit of homework. Ray asked for a few pictures, talked me through it, provided a rock solid estimate WAY lower and better than the big box auto body shops. Something told me that I needed to trust him that he could fix this irreplaceable vehicle. I went with my gut knowing that there was some work under the hood that also needed to be done as the vehicle was out of alignment and idled hard. Ray and team were amazing. Picked up the vehicle today and it is showroom quality new. Along the way he fixed the mechanical issues, was transparent and shared updates via text regularly. I cannot believe that Govani's saved my prized truck. The estimate was spot on, the work was extraordinary, and the customer service was top notch. Ray 100% guarantees his work and I trust his word. I was told by the other shops that I received estimates from, that you have to Rivet the new bedside panel on and can not weld it "There is no way around the rivets because it is almost Impossible to weld it on with out some crazy expensive tool

Liz Bruzas: Pinkey’s did a great job repairing my Subaru after I hit a deer on Monday morning heading to work. I was able to get an estimate completed the same day. They were able to source the parts needed to complete the repairs by Wednesday. I had my bumper, fender, and headlight replaced. Pinkey’s sent update emails daily while they were working on my car. They finished up the job two days early, and I had my car back exactly a week after the incident occurred. I am extremely satisfied with the work they completed- you can’t tell the damage even occurred and my car looks better than before! They fully detailed the car and even were able to remove some markings on the door handles that weren’t related to my accident. I would highly recommend Pinkey’s to anyone needed autobody work in the Milwaukee area.

Neil Chakrabarti: I've been a customer of State of the Art Import Auto repair for a several years. They've been honest, provided competitive prices, and performed quality service, and even gave me rides back to my local home when I needed it. Recently, I missed four appointments. We went back and forth over phone over months and there was miscommunication between us. My schedule has been hectic but regardless, I take responsibility for missing these appointments. When I called back to try and schedule again, the shop respectfully stated that they didn't think we are right to do business together in the future. I was disappointed that there wasn't more clear communication about the impact of missing appointments or reminders about when upcoming appointments would take place. The shop claims they made this clear to me but I have no record of it in their communication to me. I think it's important for prospective customers to know that it's important to keep appointments as successive missed appointments could result in the shop not wanting to do business with you any longer.

Their method to get the information from the collision was quick and easy. They worked with my insurance company and helped arrange the drop off and pick up of my rental vehicle. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned both inside and out! Did I mention there were chocolate chip cookies inside my car waiting for me too?!
