John Muth: Recently, we brought some rugs to Orley Shabahang Store in Whitefish Bay to be cleaned. They were very careful and did a beautiful job on the rugs. They use a natural cleaning product to not harm the rug colors and are allergy free. I also purchased new rug pads for the rugs which were nice quality. The owner was very knowledgeable about different kinds of rugs, rug cleaning and pleasant to work with.Another day, we were back in their store picking up the rugs and spoke with the owner’s daughter, who was also very pleasant and provided excellent service. We inquired about a rug for a family member. The owner’s daughter was very knowledgeable and provided good information about the different options without making me feel pressured. She showed us a variety of interesting collections and designs of Persian & Oriental, Tribal, & Kilim rugs. She was resourceful looking for great colors to work with for the rest of the decor. The rugs were good quality too.The store was very clean and charming with its Architectural Design and moldings. It is conveniently located at the corner of East Silver Spring Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard in Whitefish Bay.We will definitely be a repeat customers! We may even go downtown and check out their Third Ward location.

It is a joy to walk on these rugs, now in the condition that they are intended to be. Not only were the results better than expected, I also have more knowledge of where and how my rugs were made. You cannot go wrong at this place. I wish there were 10 stars to give. Don't forget about their appraisal service. For a nominal charge, they will provide those documents that are needed in case of a loss.

When the staff at Orley Shabahang was done with it, it looked truly beautiful and like a very expensive heirloom! Everyone was so nice and they didn't treat me any less because I was on a budget. The only bad thing was that I found out that they have even more beautiful brand new rugs that I could have purchased for about the same amount of money my rummage sale "find" cost me! Now I think I will have to buy those too because I never saw so many beautiful rugs - and they have something for everyone regardless of your budget!

Laura: I purchased a bathroom rug online that was too large for the space. They trimmed the rug to fit the space and took the original binding off and hand sewed it back on the end. It looks like it was made this size! Truly unbelievable workmanship and for a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased. It's so nice when people take such pride in their work.

Bahram took the time to come to our house to see the space, he then returned a few days later with many great options for us. I called Monday morning and Jon said he'd give me a call back once he was done at a job to get me scheduled sometime that week so he could come look at it. He called back Monday around noon and asked if he could come right away! He came, fixed the issue, and charged me a very reasonable price. And he not only recaulked around the pipe that was the issue, but also recaulked some spots on my chimney! Definitely recommend MKE Chimney.

P Burrell: To say Imperial Carpet Cleaning did a good job would not be sufficient....they did a FANTAAAAAAAASTIC job of cleaning the carpet in my basement, stairs and landing. There has been a large ink looking stain in one of the areas for over fourteen years in which no one was able to remove. Just as I was telling Jose not to worry about that particuliar area because it wasn't removable he kindly stated he had removed it and for me to take a look. My jaw dropped, you would have actually thought I was being given the keys to a new car by the way I reacted. Come to find out it was a tar stain which has been an eye sore for many years and it is now as if it was never there. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.He was prompt, very professional, courteous and took great precaution in wearing a face mask due to the current conditions. They came within a 24 hours of me calling and took both items for cleaning and treatment. They even redelivered them to my new address when I explained I was in the process of moving at no additional charge. While their were some hiccups with re-delivery, when I voiced concerns with Darwon, he offered a free couch cleaning to make it right. They did an excellent job with that too! ERS even sent a crew out to inspect the damage at no charge and confirmed what Levi saw via Facetime.I will definitely contact them in the future! I would rate them higher if I could.
Alan Meitler: When I contacted Emergency Response Services, Levi responded right away. I was talking to the expert in less than 24 hours, and they were on site the next day. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Levi and a technician did an assessment of the damage caused from the overflow of rainwater that came up through the drains. We had about 700 square feet flooded with a few inches of water. They really know their business, and had solid informed recommendations right away. They did a complete moisture map of the affected area. I especially appreciated the integrity of Levi, telling us honestly what steps had to be taken and giving us options for saving money. The end result was great. I have the highest recommendation for this company based on my experience. Thank you!
