Peter Curry: I had my 21-year-old Camry LE detailed pretty extensively by Mazen and his crew this week. I did their Detail Package #4 in order to ensure my fiancé would be riding around during her visit in vehicle in top/ship-shape but also to set up for eventually selling “good ‘ole Sally”. Well, Sally good a pretty good “makeover”. The interior looks so clean that, if Sally were a real person having a colonoscopy, MAN … it would have painful deeply cleaning all the crap out! The exterior looks pretty good too and a lot better than it did, although Mazen and I had agreed during the initial visual assessment together earlier in the week that it would need a whole separate and dedicatee paint overhaul to get the body to be completely without blemishes. Super HONEST - even to the point to where if I had somehow had a can of paint to match the color of my vehicle and supplied it, he was willing to have his crew touch it up for me 😁☝️👍👍💥. Awesome and what great service and consideration of the customer all the way through! I definitely will be referring people to this place and taking any future detailing business back to this shop!

I actively clean and vacuum my car; but, I wanted detailing for a problematic spot in my headliner that I wasn’t having any luck on under my own volition.After the detailing was complete, the experience was already a 5 out of 5, but on the following day I returned so that the owner could review how the headliner dried and apply another solution if it wasn’t perfect.The owner himself was cleaning my car as if it were his own and I quite honestly never felt this valued as a customer. I give out five stars sparingly but I would give Metro Car Wash six stars with no hesitation.I wish I would have taken before and after pictures, but if you Google the interior of a 2020 VW Tiguan, it would be the same result.

Dan Voegeli: I took my 2015 Audi Q7 here on a recommendation after receiving some paint damage from a non touchless car wash, as well as some paint blemishes I found after trying to buff out the other damage by hand. I made an appointment online for Saturday at 9 but the owner, Todd Schultz, called me to say that I could drop it off earlier after I described what was going on with the paint. I said I could drop it off Friday late so I could get a ride but he offered to give me a ride home earlier if I get it in. They do work for Audi in West Allis which isn't too far from my house. So that's what we did. I called Todd on Saturday around 11 am, and he told me what was found, and gave me some insight on possible prior damage to the vehicle before I bought it. It wasn't on the Carfax report, but it was obvious to him something happened at one point. Regardless, I showed up after 12 which is the usual closing time on Saturday. Todd said he would hang around until 1. When I saw the vehicle I was blown away by how nice it looked, and that they even cleaned the interior which I didn't request. It looked great! I've never had a detailer work on one of my vehicles but this was worth it, and most likely will have them detail it at least once a year. Oh, did I mention he gave me a military discount of 10%? 🙂🇺🇸

Zachary Brocker: Talk about turning back time. My car is 13.5 years old and just hit 100k. My mechanic said under the hood is in better shape than cars half the age with 1/3 of the miles. However my car's body and interior I am ashamed to admit I neglected for the past couple years. After one stop here it was like a brand new car. I highly recommend anyone to come here to treat their vehicle and erase the years off in half a day. Thank you again!!!
