Dahlberg Dahlberg: We use this location every time we have rented a car, which is more then most...Thomas has helped us many times and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help us. One Saturday Morning it was very busy but Thomas kept his cool and did his best to give us and everyone else there, his best customer service. The last car we rented was a fancy upgrade and we had a ton of fun!!! Thanks again Thomas!

Getting a rental was a process due to supply issues but as soon as I reapplied I got a car within a week!I’ve been able to make my own schedule and pay for my car with this job, but truly have to drive full-time to make extra for myself. It is a lot, but feasible if you live to drive!

Sean Killeen: Paul is a rock star. Late arrival - front counters were empty, but follow the signs into the garage. Paul warmly greeted us and walked us to the car as he quickly and efficiently completed all paperwork on an IPAD, then sped us on our way.If you arrive late and look across the street from the terminal, it will appear empty. You have to read the small signs on the counter that tell you to proceed into the garage where the agent will be waiting for you. No need to sleep in the terminal, as someone else posted. Just read the signs and follow the directions. Note, Alamo reps will be in the Enterprise/Emerald Club booth to your left after you proceed through the double doors at the far left end as you face the counters.Great location and great service. Milwaukee airport is so much easier than O’Hare and avoids the insane “Chicagoland taxes” on rentals - $418 in taxes at O’Hare for a $378 rental car for four days three weeks ago.Worth driving the extra 25 miles from Mitchell Field. Plus you avoid the 45 minute transit through O’Hare’s mega terminal.

Regina Mosby: My rental with Enterprise was due to my car being in the body shop. There was great communication with the shop and insurance company and the car and driver were waiting for me at the body shop when I arrived. All of the staff were personable and polite. Drop off was well communicated with the body shop. Driving a Dodge Charger was fun and it looked great. My only issue was low tire pressure on a couple tires, which I communicated with the manager. I would definitely use Enterprise again.
Matthew Franey: My experience at this location has changed my opinion on Enterprise. I previously swore them off after a very unsavory interaction at the airport location but was obliged to use it once more due to an insurance claim. I was very pleased with the service I received top to bottom and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Basil Salaymeh: RanDee was superb! She offered a more premium vehicle given the length of our trip. She could have just given us the car we rented but talked us through a much better option for such a long trip. She was very helpful and kind!

Her expertise and knowledge of the Tesla made me feel confident and excited about my rental choice for my business trip. Faith's attention to detail and excellent communication skills truly set her apart. I highly recommend Hertz Downtown, especially if you're looking to rent a Tesla, and commend Faith for her exceptional customer service.

Alek Georgeson: I don't know what's going on with all the poor reviews here, but I'm starting to think all those people just have a bone to pick. The location is conveniently right in the city center, the check-in process is smooth and goes quickly, and the prices are affordable. The rental was only a year old and clean, and it had excellent gas mileage. Plus, I had the best interactions with the two ladies working at the front desk; they were very personable, asked questions, and ensured I was cared for.To top it off, on the day of my rental return, I was running behind schedule, so I made a quick phone call to extend the rental for a few hours. They handled it without a problem, and I wasn't even charged extra—truly outstanding service. The only thing that could be improved was if the after-hours drop-off instructions were clearer. I was confused but figured it out.Overall, I recommend renting from this Hertz location; don't listen to the complainers!

Rebecca Avery: It was easy to rent and pickup the cars, despite the long lines. But the woman at the front desk asked if I would like to upgrade to a convertible. I asked “is it the same price?” She says “yes, it’s on a very good deal this week.” I agreed then but was given a total of over $400. Looking at the receipt, I was charged over $200 for the upgrade! I went back to the counter and she told me she never said it was the same price, it must have been miscommunication and they could fix it at the pick-up booth. Lied right to my face!I give them high stars though because Julie was awesome! When we went to pickup the car I told her what happened and she removed the charge, let us pick the car we wanted and made all the rest of the renting process amazing. She was kind, understanding and communicated so well with the whole process and gave us a new receipt showing the correct balance. Work with Julie if you can at MCO airport location and avoid Bonnie.
