My husband and I popped into their carpet shop to look at the various selections. Even if they don't have what ya need on site, they'll get it ordered in, and quick at that. We went home with two big sample boards to help us decide in our home's lighting/space. I texted Joe with the selection and he booked us in for the exact date of my request two weeks later.The guys who came for the install were really efficient – it's a quite big space and they got it done within half the day, leaving no mess or digs behind. We are very happy with the overall process, and most importantly how the carpet turned out! Great quality at a really great price.
Manuel S: Was recommended this place by a co worker. Went there and the manager helped us right away. Showed us different carpets and showed us what would be right for our basement. About a week later he came out and measured our basement and gave us a quote of 1400$ for everything including taking the old carpet while Home Depot gave us a quote of nearly 2600$. The workers came out a couple weeks later and they were polite, respectful and quick with the work. After everything the carpet smells amazing and feels so much better than the last! Paul N.: It had been years since I shopped there for carpeting. Kristin N. was our sales rep and she was great. We first looked at remnant carpet rolls for a basement project. They had some great options available but there was not a large enough remnant for the room. We moved on to a quality carpet that was priced well. The installation was top-notch. They worked with my elevated basement flooring, two doorways, and 15' of transition where laminate meets carpet. Perfection. They also carpeted a stairwell and it looks great. There are so many samples at their shop, that it's worth the trip over to their store. Big box stores just don't have the selection that Carpet Town does.
Jeffrey Williams: Good products, and maybe good service...or....I have been using Carpet Town for many years, and I have always liked their prices and service. Tom R. was my go-to salesman, but he has retired.I had carpet installed in two rooms of a rental apartment about two years ago, and recently it bunched up by a doorway in the first room. The renter at the time is still there, and never had a problem before like this in 20 years. I am getting charged a "minimum charge" of $300 to have the carpet re-stretched in this 11.5'x12' room. That seems a little steep for something that feels us likely to be caused by them in the first place.

Called Sam on a Friday and explained the situation, said we were opening on the following Monday and needed the remaining carpet install completed ASAP. They don't work on weekends, but Sam managed to get some guys out promptly Saturday morning to complete the job in time for me to open my office so I could see my patients. Michele Djuric: Our experience with Ron & Russ's flooring was amazing. The store is simple, no frills, and makes you feel like the people running it know what they are doing. Ron's knowledge of carpets added a level of guidance and trust to the process, and Russ's careful measuring and professionalism set the stage for what would be the best carpet installation we have ever had. Luis, our installer, ripped out and installed three rooms with stairs in one day, by himself. He was like the energizer bunny stopping just briefly for lunch. He was careful, courteous, respectful of our home, and did a job that was better and more precise than larger crews from different companies have done in the past. Dealing with Ron and Russ has been more like dealing with family. They have taken away the stress when it comes to replacing any of our flooring. They are number 1 on our list.

Daniel M: . On a scale of 1-100, it was 100. Here’s the story:I came to Shabahang with an unusual project: I live in a nice apartment that has bad carpeting. To tear out the carpeting, I’d have to disassemble all my furnishings and move out while they install a vinyl plank flooring that I don’t even like. I was not going to do that. Instead, I decided to buy beautiful carpeting and lay it on top of the bad carpeting.To complete the project, I needed someone to cut the new carpeting into six pieces of various sizes and bind each piece. Then I’d lay the pieces down and hopefully they’d fit together like a puzzle. In order for this plan to work, I needed the pieces cut very precisely. I did not want pieces to overlap, nor have gaps that were too large. My goal was gaps of one-quarter inch.I spoke with two carpet retailers about this work before I approached Shabahang. One simply never replied after I sent them the requirements, and the other wanted $5000 to do this work. That’s not a typo: they wanted $4000 for the raw material and then increased the price to $9000 including the cutting and binding.Shabahang charged $1150 for the cutting, binding and delivery. Not $5000. $1150. As you know, Shabahang is a high-end retailer of Persian rugs. What do they need with this odd, one-off project with the fussy customer with his extremely precise requirements? Shabahang did not even sell me the raw material, missing out on the profit from that part of the project.Let me summarize what I loved about the service I received from Shabahang:1. Incredible price.2. Incredible quality of work. My measurements were meant to be executed to within a quarter inch. The retailer who wanted $5000 to cut and bind said they had a one inch margin of error on all measurements. Behzad

Gene Kulzick: We downsized from a large home to a condo. We moved 3 rugs with us because we still loved them even though we didn’t have room anymore. Contacted Shabahang and sons about selling them. They gave me a written offer that was more than I would get selling on my own, but stated that the cost of cleaning and repair would come out of my end and it may take several months for the consignment sale. I agreed and got a call several months later that the rugs sold. The check arrived this week with a hand written note. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares!
