When they delivered my buffet, it looked brand new! They really pay attention to every detail. The insides of the drawers were redone, the hardware was redone, and the water damage was completely gone! It looked like a brand new buffet. They also redid our dining room table that had a wobbly leg! We couldn't even tell what leg was the broken one due to how excellent of a job they did at repairing it. I was blown away by the quality of their work. In fact, I was so impressed I gave them another piece in my house to work on when they delivered our buffet and table! I would highly recommend their work to anyone. They do an outstanding job and truly remake your furniture into a masterpiece!

Stephen Fried: Greg helped us with refinishing my parents' dining room set, including a long table with leaves and a large china closet. The set was very worn from years of use and water damage sustained when the upstairs bathroom flooded. Greg listened to what we wanted and worked with us to find exactly the right custom color for the new stain and finish. He also made some repairs to the worn parts of the set and added an apron on the leaves to match the one on the main table. He was very flexible with our delivery date, as we were trying to work around some other remodeling work at the house. Needless to say, we're thrilled with the final result. Greg and his staff were fantastic to deal with and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

It was fun to hear how expensive the couch would've been many years ago when first purchased. They were really helpful, easy to reach, nice, and included pick up and drop off of the couch. In a throw-out culture, I am really glad I made a sustainable choice to restore this piece.

Dr Gerald Schwartz: Over the top experience with Homestyle Custom Upholstery. We had some issues with our Boat Camper top Canvas Cover. If anyone understands this type of canvas, it is very challenging to work with. These highly skilled tailors did a great job with repairing the Isinglass, and zipper issues. I have used other Boat Tailors in the area, sad to say their results did not produce the quality, and workmanship, this company provided. Thank you, and you have a customer for life.

david R: I worked with Larry initially and then Brian after the service was completed. Both of them were very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. I needed some patching done on the vinyl and canvas panels for my pop-up camper and Larry looked at it with me and quoted me a fair price for replacement zippers and 2 hours of labor. They completed the reapir to my satisfaction and were honest about not needing to replace all the zippers and charging me for less than time than was estimated. All in all a great experience and I would recommend them any day! They are quite busy it appears so don't expect a super fast turn-around but their honesty, professionalism, and customer service are worthy of my 5 star review.Thanks for making my camping season pleasurable!

Rachel Traylor: Mullaly Finishing managed to fix extensive shipping damage to 2 century-old cedar chests. The "professional packaging" handler had packaged the chests handle-side down, which caused a side to completely cave in, splintering the wood.The chests have been returned, and I can't tell where the seams are from the splinters. They saved every piece of the original wood, and the chests look better than they did before they were shipped to me. I couldn't be happier.Mr. Mullaly himself is a gem. He's helpful and responsive with great advice for dealing with insurance claims. This company cares deeply about their work, and it shows in the customer service and the final product. The prices quoted for finishing or repairs might seem steep at first, but you're paying for expertise and skill you cannot find anywhere else. These guys are refinishing antique materials, which requires great care.I highly recommend them for any repair or finishing needs.

Benjamin Franklin: Did my homework and bought a Mirra 2 office chair from DWR in milwaukee about a year ago. The chair has been amazing. If you have a bad back, I highly recommend this chair. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago.As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. They went through all the chair's features so I could design and order the exact chair I wanted.5 Stars !!!!!

We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. In particular, we love working with Iftekhar.

Vanessa Duhamel: Bought a Breville espresso machine and coffee grinder. My husband and I spent some time in the store trying to decide which one we should get. We were asked a few times if we needed any help. We didn’t, just had to decide what we wanted. When we were ready to checkout we just told one of the employees on the floor and they had the items at the checkout ready for us by the time we got up there. Very easy process and it was great to have our items same day.

Nels helped us and gave us very useful insight and info on the different brands and while he was attentive and helpful, we never felt pressured or bothered when he came to check in on us. We purchased two sofas and are looking forward to their delivery later this week! We felt very good about our experience; Nels seemed to really care that we got a great price AND a great product and was not just trying to make a sale. Thank you!

In addition, my husband is 6'3" and I am 5'2" so what constitutes comfortable furniture for each of us is quite different.
