Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.

Emma MORAN: I absolutely love this store and I’m so happy that I accidentally came here on the day they’re open. If you ever find yourself in bay view on a Saturday from 11-3 you must stop in and check out their incredible vinyl selection! If you leave and didn’t buy anything then you’re crazy because there are so many different things to choose from. New favorite store hands down!

Unlike the commercial furniture stores around that can be a hectic mess, walking into this store makes me feel great and at home with all the smells and feels. Prices are highly reasonable. I can always can find something I’m looking for from gifts or personal things for my home. Very focused and curated layout design and fair prices are why I continually come back.

Mic Makalinao: Spectre Vintage is like your favorite up and coming band, you love what they do so you want everyone to know about them, but you don’t want EVERYONE to know about them… so you can snag the coolest stuff for yourself first. On more than one occasion now, I’ve told Steven and Kristin what I was specifically keeping an eye out for, and they’ve kept that in mind and actually informed me when something comes in that fits the bill! …and that’s how my wife and I have furniture and decor all over our house from Spectre, because not only are the prices and well curated selection great, so is the customer service!

Nels helped us and gave us very useful insight and info on the different brands and while he was attentive and helpful, we never felt pressured or bothered when he came to check in on us. We purchased two sofas and are looking forward to their delivery later this week! We felt very good about our experience; Nels seemed to really care that we got a great price AND a great product and was not just trying to make a sale. Thank you!

In addition, my husband is 6'3" and I am 5'2" so what constitutes comfortable furniture for each of us is quite different. We kept a fan on and window open to try to air it out more. It did take about two weeks for it to go away on mine. After it went away, then it was a nice mattress and very comfortable.
