The ladies room was clean with 3 stalls, 1 ADA compliant with hand sanitizer also at the sink. Steve was spirited and professional in our conversation. Mandel also validated my parking. Cara M: We love living at The Annason for almost 2 years. This place has so much charm! The things I enjoy are • the locked main entrance • charm of art deco interior • original hardwood floors • large windows • lots of lighting in every room • manager on site very attentive • free storage unit in basement • laundry room multiple washer/dryer $1.50 • elevator and stairs • location! • one mile from Lake front. It's hard to find the things I don't like but they are noise in the alley and parking is $50 a month in Shorewood
Lau: I just moved out of my apartment with katz because I graduated. I loved my apartment at the goodman on oakland. Sherri was an awesome manager and always was around and answered phone calls if I ever needed her. I never had an issue with rent and i also got my full deposit back once i moved out.

Frank Koenen: Lucy from Wiechmann made renting here a great process. I needed to extend my rent a month and the last minute and she did it for me with no hesitation. Fair return on the security deposit which is more than you can expect from your typical apartment in Milwaukee. The biggest part was WE Energies billed us well after we had moved out. They told me that only the landlord could confirm that I did not live there, and get the bill sent to the correct party otherwise I would have to pay. Most landlords would say not my problem, but Lucy called them up on my behalf when I was not even renting from her and was able to get the bill contested. Nicest people you can find and super helpful.

Big shout out to handyman Brian who has followed covid safety protocol while also attending to issues in an extremely timely manner. Would definitely recommend renting from Vandelay!
Phil Wilding: I rented from Vanderlay Group in the lower east side of Milwaukee for two years and can say renting from this was above and beyond any other experience I’ve had. They kept good care of the apartment building throughout the year and did an exceptional job clearing the sidewalk and parking lot during winter. Jeff and Mike did a great job texting and reaching out whenever vehicles needed to be moved for snow removal. I had no issues during my stay and would highly recommend renting from Vanderlay Group. The online portal they have makes making rent simple. 10/10 experience. If I choose to move back to Milwaukee they will be my first option.

I was very pleased with how helpful and accommodating the staff were. We ended up choosing another unit since our daughter has a pet but I would recommend Vandelay to others.

The location is absolutely fantastic – it's convenient, accessible, and surrounded by everything I need.What truly sets this place apart is the management. Andrea has been impressively responsive and has dealt with any concerns or issues I've had swiftly, making me feel valued as a resident. It's clear that they prioritize resident satisfaction.The overall atmosphere of the building is excellent. It is cleaned weekly and well maintained. It's very nice to live in a newer building as I never hear my direct neighbors. The windows are all new, keeping the busy street noises at bay as well.
