Both were knowledgeable, personable and helped me more than anyone I’ve encountered in the 20some years I’ve been a customer. They went the extra mile to save me additional money by streamlining my bill. Best service I’ve ever had. They deserve recognition and a raise. Superior!!!!!

I had a time sensitive, complicated phone emergency a couple weeks ago. Kaylyn was able to address all my concerns and find an effective solution for me, all while maintaining an empathetic and productive vibe. Kaylyn deserves a raise, because you can't train that kind of customer service. Also, great music that day. 10/10.

Jordan was very helpful beyond expectations clear cleaned phone explain what he was doing why as well as explain I would need to up grade at my convenience and showed me different phones as well as Derrick Mgr convenience me on a better phone got me every thing I need sold switch over got me set up I'm made whole better than I came in. Miracle Kaye: at the Ogden location was soooo helpful! Her and her manager apologized and even gave me a case for the phone at no charge. I’m not the type to want free things just because something went wrong. But the way they handled the situation, making sure I was helped even though the ball had been dropped by someone else made things so much better. I at least know if I come to that store I’ll get help with whatever issue I’m having. Right then and there! I got my phone, a cute case, and new phone company!

Matt Herrick: I called U Break I Fix, and they said my charging port was probably full of pocket lint. I swore it was not and was frankly shocked that they would imply I have pocket lint. A man of my station? Pocket lint? Ridiculous!I asked how much it would cost to replace the charging port. They gave me a quote that sounded fair, and I brought in my phone. They removed a shocking amount of lint, and my phone works great! I appreciated their honesty, transparency, and helpfulness.
