Leslie Carver: What a wonderful place. I have three kids and this is by far the best place for all three of their ages. I loved the retro games and pinballs and shooting my kids in Lazer tag. My little one loves the bounce houses and play structure and I loved i could in too. Food was good, we only had the pizza but some of the other options looked good. Rockwall, axe throwing and a bar. I am pretty sure my kids could spend all day there. Staff was great too.

Margaret A. Dierickx: A great interactive place to take kiddos to learn, play and discover. The museum has made upgrades to their processes, so checking in was easy and quick. As a member I scanned my barcode and that was it. Parking was a breeze on a Saturday morning. We parked in front on Wisconsin Ave but there is also a parking structure under the museum and they will validate parking if you bring your ticket to the check in counter. Lots of exhibits to check out. Small town is always a favorite. Children can ride a Harley, drive a city bus, go shopping in a small sized Sendiks grocery store, take care of pets at the Veterinarians office, make a stop to withdraw some cash at the small town bank, or order a pizza at the pizzeria.They have a gated play area recommended for children 4 and under. Perfect to let little ones run around and explore without the fear of having them run away. They've now designated an area for snacks and drinks. Previously you had to leave food items packed away and eat in the lower level. Now they have a small convenient kiosk to purchase snacks, drinks for kids and coffee for adults. Tables are near the check in counter and you never have to leave the area to eat. They hild special events for members only and you can book birthday parties even if you're not member.Highly recommend becoming a member if you're local and plan on visiting more than a couple times a year. The perks are worth it.

Katie Knutson: We went on Good Friday and it was PACKED. That being said, it was the most fun we've ever had there! There were lots of staff around and everything was generally clean except for the eating area. Note to staff: it would be awesome to have a kid's hand washing sink around there! Also, leave out some disposable towels and a sanitizer spray and I bet many parents would clean their own tables before use.Lots of kids meant we had to wait for items like golf balls and shopping carts, but it also meant more kids to play with and to practice sharing and turn talking with. The kids adventuring around the hot lava course were so cute following each other. I only wish the cafe had been right there so I could have enjoyed a coffee while they played! In 5 hours, we only saw about 2/3 of the museum and all 3 kids wanted to stay longer. My eight-year old spent over an hour putting away groceries. WTH. How do I get that to happen at home??

Jarren Kennedy: I went to Betty Brinn for the first time with my wifey and 2 year old last weekend. This is one of the most fun/interactive experiences we’ve done in Milwaukee. The tiny scale Sendik’s was a popular spot as well as the city bus! This museum is very well laid out and will keep your little one entertained/engaged. 10/10 would recommend you check it out.

Highly recommend this for a perfect 2 hour birthday party experience.

Ashley Simone: Perfect! Actually such a needed space in the MKE area! Also love that there is a gate to separate the gift shop AND the play area. Small enough so you can keep an eye on your child no matter where they are and have a conversation with another adult. Staff is AMAZING, so friendly and nice and accommodating! ami 000: Went in to pierce my 9 month olds ears they did a good job at making sure markings were lined up before piercing, used good sanitary precautions. Afterwards they redirected us to a room with lights, worked well to occupy baby from crying. Process was quick and easy just wished the posts on the back of the earrings they put on were flat other than that a nice place with good service.

My daughter was nervous, but they were patient with her and were able to calm her down both before and after piercing her ears. We will definitely be back for the many other services that are provided here!

Alexander Contreras: The pizza here is phenomenal you have to try it for yourself. The franchise itself isn't without its faults. They did a great job with the whole technology integration and all. When I was a child I remember there being a playground. That's what defined the entire experience for me there to be unique. When kids could run and play without limits. There was a pretty sweet ball pit as well...😁
Marny Gamble: I had a nice time, but you must get there early. Once it gets crowded, the experience is not the same. And, I didn't see staff addressing clear issues. For example, a lady and her son were throwing a ball across the distance of 3 booths. The ball was flying and hitting everything, including my husbands head, our food cartons on the table. But, I must admit they have AWESOME pizza! We tried the wings and they were very good too!

Amanda: I love spending time at Bug & Goose Play Cafe. I often meet here with another mom friend during the winter months. We can enjoy our coffee while our little ones play in an open kid-friendly environment with lots of engaging play-based activities. I enjoy the ability for my son to experience gross motor movement or to have fun with pretend play.
Wisco Simple: Nice play Cafe. The kids really enjoyed it. They have some good coffee options as well
Charlotte Morrone: We recently had our daughters third birthday party at Bug & Goose and cannot say enough good things! Highly, highly recommend. The play space is clean, amazing and occupied all 14 little friends the entire party. The staff was very friendly and very attentive! My only regret is not hosting other parties here before. They made it so easy! We can’t wait to play again!
Jessica Marrero: Had my son’s 1st birthday here in 2023 and it was the best! Such a cute place. We had ages 7months-8 years old there and everyone had a great time. We had the open coffee bar and mimosas for our guests and that went over well for our group.

Ashley Bellus: This place was fantastic! Super cute and nice area for little ones under 18 months, as well as older littles. Food and coffee are was great too and the staff were so nice!
Christie Marquardt: We had my daughters 4th birthday party and it was amazing! We did a Mario theme and they were overly accommodating. Down to adding Mario plates, such a nice surprise! The kids had so much fun and the adults had many compliments. The baristas were so sweet as well. This has been my daughters favorite place since she was one, we love Bug and Goose. Thank you!
Mandie Brice: Absolutely love this place! It is such a fantastic idea, and so nice to get a sense of peace knowing my little guy can run around and have fun and everything is safe for him going there about once a week for a year, and think this is the best idea. He is always so excited to come and play, and never wants to leave!
Tony Ingrassia: Super fun place for kids. There is a 18 month and under section, drinks and snacks for adults and kids, and a climbing area with slides.
Katelan Fosse: We absolutely love Bug and Goose! We’ve been going since they first opened and it’s so great that as a SAHM I feel comfortable bringing all 3 of my toddlers solo! Our friends love meeting us there, and even better they have coffee and snacks. Best part is they often have featured events where they bring characters or reptiles in and it really makes the day special! My kids always ask when the next time is we are going to B&G!

Raquel Angeles: The variety of things they learn as well as the experiments. It's pretty obvious the mad science instructor is doing something right because my son told me that he wants to learn all about science so that he can teach the kids.
Devonee Labriola: Wonderful place! Our son loves all of their programs.
Tim Carlson: We had a birthday party for my daughter inviting her classmates. Everything was put together great and everyone had a great time. Communication throughout made the planning easy.
Megan Gamble: It's a great program after school to get the kids excited about science. Hands on experience and demonstrations set the tone for fun! They also are given cool take home items. I highly recommend to anyone with kids!

Beautiful Sunshine: My whole review has changed because the owner changed. The previous owner had specials when you had an online account and daily specials regularly on a daily basis. Bowlero should really be ashamed of themselves for the outrageous prices. What happened to old fashioned family fun with reasonable prices?
