Brandy Scott: Brought my tween daughter here for imaging that her Children's doc ordered. Having the imaging done through Children's was going to be very costly and we have a high deductible. I was nervous to take her somewhere that doesn't specialize in peds because she is usually very scared at medical visits and I wasnt sure how they would do with a child here. I was very pleasantly surprised! Brian was our tech and he was extremely polite, professional, and calm. My daughter almost always tears up during a medical appointment and there was none of that. He did an excellent job helping my daughter to feel like her privacy was protected and that she was at ease during the procedure. He also assured me that he could easily electronically send the records to her doc and that everything would be taken care of. On top of all that, I was able to pay a few hundred dollars for the imaging versus a few thousand. I'll definitely be back if any family member needs imaging in the future.
candice altenburg: Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at MDI! I saved a couple thousand dollars by going here instead of going through my primary care clinic. The process before and during it was excellent! Everyone was very thorough, efficient and so friendly! I highly recommend MDI to anyone who needs a CAT scan or an MRI… Or any other services they provide. Unfortunately, your primary care facility will never mention that you can get this stuff done somewhere else at a lower cost. I had the same scan done last year through my primary care facility and it took much longer and was so expensive! I’m glad I did the research! Thank you MDI! 😃👍🏻

Jeff Krupar: Absolutely, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had when having and MRI. I am extremely claustrophobic. Sue, the technician who worked with me, initiated some amazing ideas to get me through the MRI successfully!!!!! Further, the equipment at M H Imagining is so up-to-date that my MRI only took 17 minutes which also helped with my claustrophobia. I’m so pleased with my visit. My well being was always key. Jackie bro: I had an MRI today and had a lot of anxiety. The nurse taking care of me held my hand as I went in the machine and spoke reassuring me I’d do fine. I needed contrast and she was an expert at that as well. I didn’t feel a thing. Most importantly her empathy toward me… was so helpful. You don’t see that a lot in this day and age. Mary Ann or Mary Beth… I thank you for being such a beautiful health care worker!

Rich Tengowski: On Feb. 14, I had a MRI scheduled and after 1 minute, I had to terminate the MRI due to claustrophobia. I’ve never experienced this before and Sue quickly came and reassured me that it was alright and gave me several option moving forward. MH Imaging was kind enough to reverse my payment. I contacted my doctor who prescribed some medication to combat my anxiety. I rescheduled for Feb. 20 and made it through the MRI. Mary Beth took care of me from beginning to end and Sue was there to congratulate me following the procedure. Both were kind and reassuring throughout my experiences at MH Imaging. Gracie in the office even waited until I completed the MRI before payment was processed. That was very thoughtful and great customer service. The general care and compassion that everyone provided at MH Imaging was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the entire care team!
Cassie Buckner: I had an ultrasound done in January. Someone from their office called me and confirmed my out of pocket responsibility and confirmed if I would still like to proceed and I agreed to it. Paid the amount quoted at the time of appointment and received a paid in full receipt. Now I received a bill in the mail doubling the costs of my original out of pocket quote with zero explanation.Update: Someone from billing caught the error and sent me a paid in full receipt
Brett: My visit to MH Imaging was a walk-in visit. My dad had orders from the VA to get sum images taken. Was greeted with a very warm happy welcome and explained what paperwork needed to be completed prior to imaging. This early Monday afternoon was fairly busy. We did take the last two seats. The wait was actually very short. My definition of being short was a 15 minute wait. The nurse that called my dad in was patient and very friendly. Overall for my first visit and the walk-in appointment was a very pleasant experience.

Jennifer Drossart: I have had several MRIs and a CT here. Every time it has gone well. They were always patient with me regarding my claustrophobia and this last time even let my boyfriend in the room to keep me calm. Can honestly say I can't find anything negative at all to say.
Hailee Garstecki: my mri technician was amazing! she was very patient with me about my claustrophobia and helped me any way she could! i loved her! really helped with how bad i was freaking out. i also got my results a couple hours after i left!

jim zakhar: I brought my mother here for an MRI over the weekend. I wanted to personally thank Nali the front desk person for being kind, patient, and professional. I would also like to thank the MRI technologist Kylie that took care of my mother. my mother explained to me that Kylie kept in constant contact with her during the entire exam. Kylie also gave her a warm blanket and helped her off the table. My mom told me Kylie was very nice and sweet and that Kylie helped her get through the exam because she was in lots of pain. Again, thank you both for your professionalism and kindness. This meant a lot to both me and my mom. I would recommend the Mayfair facility to anyone. The clinic was clean and inviting, very comfortable. Great job!!!
Janmarie K: The Wauwatosa location has the only upright MRI in the state of Wisconsin. I'll give them 5 stars for that alone.We are upright functioning creatures, so having an MRI while laying flat on our back is not an accurate representation of day-to-day life. One study revealed that almost 30% of Spondylolisthesis cases are missed by MRIs conducted in the supine position. Our health care system is so grossly behind in this manner.
Steve Eckhardt: Arrived 8 minutes late. "Our appointment had been cancelled." No phone call, email or text to let us know. Just hey, its cancelled. For context, we are dealing with my concussed wife who juggled getting two kids in a car with one hand and can't even drive due to the concussion. It must be easy to reschedule a working mom with two under two though right? "Maybe 11:30 works for you?" Asked a couple experienced professionals if this is SOP and they emphatically said NO, you would at least get a call inquiring if you were coming or an auto reminder. One star for unprofessional nature and gross lack of empathy.Edit: Response to CDI: Was an 8AM appointment on 1/15/18. That together with my last name should give you all the information you need if you are interested in caring this time around.Edit 6/7/18: Review edited to 4 stars. At our second appointment everything worked out and I know how much reviews can hurt companies so I feel uncomfortable leaving a review that was only about our initial visit.

Suddenly security was coming towards me and demanded I needed to leave.... they made me feel like I was a homeless BUM trying to stay inside somewhere during a winter storm... thank GOD my ride showed up 1 minutes later since i didn't have a jacket or anything. Yes it was 1 and a half hours but that was out of my control... trust me this was the last place i would want to hang out... any hospital is the last place i want to be. i waited over 2 weeks to even show up here and thats because i literally couldnt BREATHE last night!!!! I dont like hospitals. Period. I was not trying to hang around there. If i wasnt so sick and wasn't a winter storm i would have been ON MY WAY!!!!! Walking around town until transport showed up. They should be more understanding and KNOW that medical transportation is a minimum 2 hour wait. LIKE I wanted to be there that long 🙄 i would have taken an uber home myself if i hadnt just been laid off work. I would have accepted her offer on the ride if I didn't need to pick up medications and didn't already have a ride in route coming to get me... to take me to the pharmacy and home... I really like this hospital

David Freeman: As a veteran with multiple health issues and after ending up in this ER on two occasions, I've been attended to by doctors,nurses, and staff all over this hospital. I've received the absolute best medical care, both emergency and ongoing care. It's a bit of a drive for me, as I live in rural northeast Wisconsin, but I am so thankful for this place and the people who make it happen.

Kevin Knight: I have been a patient on the 7th floor for just over a week now. When I was first admitted, I was unable to stand on my own. Everyone here completes the wheel. Food service does an excellent job and provides a lot of choices.The doctors and nurses treated me great and brought my health back up. Maggie and Tyler did a great job at night making me feel I was in good hands. Sydney and James took care of my medical needs during the day.Naturally, there are more staff members. Thank you to everyone on the 7th floor for the professionalism and for making me feel comfortable almost like home
Richard Drabek: I just read some of the reviews. Can't believe some of them. I've been going there for probably close to 15 years. Never ever had a problem. Operations all went great. Cancer treatment was superb. Some times waits seem like a long time to be seen, trust me they are not. If some of you don't care for the VA, go to one of the local hospitals and see how you are treated. Let the ones of us that appreciate the hospital enjoy it.

Karen Fink: I had a TAVR, March 13, and want to thank my two outstanding nurses. Octavia and Mark. They were so wonderful to me, with constant care. They took such good care of me. Ascension should be proud to have them on your staff. And any patient that is lucky enough to have them care for them, will be in the best hands . I cannot thank them enough

Sami HASBANI: I did have a bypass surgery on November 30th, 2023. My surgeons was so clear and detailed. They make sure I understand what I'm going to go through and the benefits of having the surgery. They did explain everything to me after the surgery and what is the next step after the check out.The nurses atCVICU were amazing and very helpful and caring especially a nurse her name Halemah Ghannam was very caring, knowledgeableand helpful. She did make sure I get the care that I need. She was very responsive and knowing what she is doing. She was awesome and a blessing to me. When they did transfer me to a lower section. I did experience the differences. There was a lack of knowledge and communication with some nurses but they did great job as well. One of the nurses I was very disappointed with it felt like she doesn't want to work. All the other nurses was great and I appreciate them all. The day I was checking out my nurse was awesome as well. She was very caring and very helpfulas well. Thank you all for doing great job and hopefully you will keep improving your services by hiring the great doctors and nurses.
Maggie Baeli: THE WORST HOSPITAL. NURSES WERE TO BUSY TO FIND MY MOM SOSHE DIDN'T EAT UNTIL WE FED HER WE WERE THERE ALL DAY. ClASSIC CASE OF NEGLECT.

They have many great doctors and I haven't had any problems with scheduling/appointments.I have seen doctors here that act like they are better/smarter than you. Some have acted like a family member or I have made up our symptoms and nothings wrong with us. Even doctors that act like they really don't give a dam! From my experience with healthcare I have seen doctors like this almost everywhere I've been. This isn't the only clinic with this problem.If you are uncomfortable with your doctor here or dislike the way they handle your healthcare you can always ask to switch doctors. The office staff are very helpful and can do that for you.Sometimes it takes seeing a couple doctors until you find the right one. Never feel like you have to stay with the first one you get.Overall, I recommend this clinic for children and adults.
Camille Johnson: Generally, I like the clinic. But they're using covid as an excuse to save money and provide less convenient services for the patients. I e, this morning I called to make an appointment and they put me on hold for 20 minutes.
Elizabeth Flores: The entire staff in the Reproductive Medicine Dept are super friendly and easy to work with!My husband and I met with Dr. Sandlow only to do a Sperm Aspiration procedure, as we were referred from another place we had chosen for IVF, once we arrived at Froedtert we instantly made the decision to fully transfer all upcoming procedures to the Reproductive Medicine at Froedtert.My husbands TESA procedure was quick and well done, Dr. Sandlow took the time to discuss post op information and kept in touch.I have met with Dr. Gunderson who will be overlooking the IVF procedure and she has been very helpful and informative, and her nurse Susie has been helpful informing me of any information that I need.We are still in the process of IVF and should be starting the next step for us in IVF in the next couple of weeks. I will have to do an update on the remaining procedures.
