Rog & Deb A: I brought in a piece of broken window glass with the approximate measurement. This was a sliding window so they needed to pick up the frame. They gave me a price and said it would probably take a week or so. The next day I received a call and they came out picked up the sliding window and replaced it with plyboard. Within two days I had my frame with new glass returned to me. The new window looked great except now I had to clean the other "old" window so it could look like a pair. This company was courteous and professional and exceeded my expectations. I hope I never have to use them again but.....

Excellent follow up after the fact with another minor issue and they worked to get the door sweep that was needed. Dr. Lee Hildebrand: This company installed glass work on my shower as part of a bathroom remodel several years ago. Shortly after the installation, the glass on the door began to shift so that the door would not work properly as a pass-through door. I had been very busy with many things and just didn't get a chance to call the glass company back to have this serviced under warranty. I finally got around to it about a year and a half later and this company trusted me that the shifting happened very shortly after the project completion. They made several attempts to align with my schedule in order to come out and resolve the situation. Scott was instrumental in this and had a repair team come out without charge to reset the glass door. I was really impressed with how they stood behind their product and made an exception for me. Mike Reuter: We have had an issue with our shower door for years. The manufacturer of the door was not very helpful. I finally came in to Bob's Glass to describe the issue. They were very nice and professional. I made an appointment with Mike, and he came out to our house yesterday. He looked at the issue, tightened some screws, did some adjustments, and added a new splash guard all at no cost to us. I was impressed. If we ever decide to get a new door or glass mirror, Bob's Glass will be the first one we call. I am really impressed with Bob's Glass.

Joseph Robert: Best glass company in Milwaukee. Hands down! Great service and family oriented. They pretty much can do anything there! They fixed 2 crack insulated glass units with mullions inside the pieces of glass. Ryan came out to replace glass and was very professional He was in and out within an hour. Now they are drawing up an all glass heavy glass shower door in our bathroom. Also, they have a company next door that does next level bbq grills and islands. I took our patio furniture their to get powdercoated and new custom 1/4” tempered Glass their as well! 1 stop shops. The office girls are cute as well! Hopefully one of them are single. Jayne Ziehm: I had a tenant who broke a pane of glass in the front door. Although she claimed she had the glass professionally fixed, I am doubtful that was the truth. See the before picture. I called Home Glass Company, sent them a picture of the situation, and they gave me an accurate estimate, and scheduled someone to come out the very next day and did a great job. I hope to never have a broken window again, but if I do I will definitely call them!

John Endries: No, TC, you're back in Milwaukee from getting fired, took it out on this owner by demanding a refund for a $30 repair by acting like a psycho, WHICH YOU GOT, but you didn't stop, did you? So concerned citizens in here did you a HUGE favor and escorted you out; no police. Yet you still came back with a hammer and pounded out 2 tempered glass business windows. That's over $750 to repair, plus several hours of his time. Pay him back and get some help out of this spiral you are in.
