Lauryn Meisner: I am obsessed with PowerCycle. The instructors are so nice and welcoming, thr music is amazing, and it always smells like eucalyptus in the studio. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Mike O'Brien: The first ride is definitely a tough one, but it’s so fun and the whole group is a community that will look out for you. You will hurt for a few days later, and then you want to go back as soon as you can. The instructors care so much about your progress and ensuring you’re comfortable. It’s truly a place to bring positive energy to your life, it will change you as a person for the better as long as you stick with it 🙂

Ivana holevova: The PowerCycle studio is amazing . I enjoyed so far every single class what they offer. I never been cardio girl , but spinning is something what get me out of my comfort zone and challenge me a lot . All instructors are very motivated and super nice . Sarah Johnson: I've been attending class weekly since Oct 2022. Trainers are always high energy and get you hyped for class. I've tried a few of their different classes offered and have enjoyed them. Personally favorite would be the Fusion classes. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful when I have questions. Studios and lobby area always look clean. They have two showers available as well which helps for those early morning workouts.

The bikes are higher quality and well-maintained. The classes are fun, engaging, a great workout, and actually structured versus "put gear on, take it off, put it on, take it off". Great music with fun with frequent themed rides.In addition to spin, the offer Pilates, weight lifting, and some hybrid classes. Highly recommend!

Immediately after getting into the 10-day trial, my partner and I were warmly greeted, given a tour of the space, and were offered small check-ins and motivational messages by the owner, Ryan, and by the other trainers. We got to experience all of the classes offered, and it was a no-brainer to fully join.The workouts are challenging, the trainers are hands-on to ensure you know what you’re doing, and you leave each workout feeling accomplished. Oh, and the after-workout beer on tap and dog-friendly environment? Bonus! Membership celebrations, seasonal challenges, and an array of other perks show how serious each trainer is about the success of this place, and the success of their clients.TLDR; Don’t let this place slip past you: sweat it out in a class, have a beer, pet a dog, and join the best gym in Milwaukee!

jane l: I tried Emery’s for the first time and had the comprehensive tune-up. They did an excellent job! My Trek is 20 years old and gets lots of miles. I typically get it tuned up every two years. They did an excellent job! Lucky for the unseasonably warm weather I was able to take 2 long bike rides to test it out. The bike rides like it is brand new! The gear shifting was incredibly smooth and the both rides were wonderful. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I highly recommend Emery’s for your biking needs.

First class a very warm "hello" is written on the white boardThe instructors: Born either in Themyscira, Mt. Olympus, Atlantis, or where ever peak athletes are from, they are somehow able to not only do the work out, but say words that are not simply prayers to make it through the awesome but TOUGH classThe workouts: SO HARD. They somehow never get easier in the best of ways. You can always compete against yourself and the environment is conducive to pushing yourself in a safe, even fun way.Summary: This is a great place to mix it up and work your body to new levels. For traditional lifters, if you need some cross training / stability support, barre is your workout, hands down. The set up, the team, and the workouts make this place an 11/ 10

She makes each person feel like they’re apart of a community! I used to feel that exercise was a burden and something I just had to get through but the barre code has really altered my view into seeing movement as medicine! As the studio transitions to barre3, I can guarantee you that it’ll only get better from here!

Regardless of how long you’ve been a member, each class is a challenge where you can continue to push yourself. TBC embeds a healthy approach towards working out; it’s not focused on getting skinny/earning your calories but rather listening to your body and building strength. Can’t recommend it enough!

Kendra Mahoney: Joining OTF has been the most critical part of my journey towards a healthier, happier me. I joined in October 2017 and have been going at least 3 times per week every week since. Business and personal travel are rarely at issue because I can usually find another OTF where I'm headed. The workouts are never the same and are always challenging and fun - I can honestly say I've never been bored in the 325+ classes I've attended so far. The Coaches and desk staff are friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience so far. I’ve lost over 25 lbs in a healthy and sustainable way.

Olivia Ruuska: I joined HOTWORX in January and have been going consistently ever since. I’m not one who has always been super motivated to workout, but HOTWORX changed that for me, I genuinely look forward to going every morning. Their workouts are great because they are lead by a virtual instructor which is what I need. When there are days when I don’t have a lot of time for a workout, I can go and do one of their 15 minute HIIT classes and I still feel great afterwards, then I can get back to my busy day. The staff are so friendly and always remember me by name. It’s a positive environment anytime that I go. I contemplated joining for sooo long, and I am so glad that I did. I don’t particularly love lifting weights, so this was a great choice for me. But, on days when I want to use weights, they have that option as well! Highly recommend joining.

Also, the whole hotworx team is welcoming, helpful and made me feel like I really belonged. The facility is always spotless, and I love being able to book a workout with the app and roll in whenever is best for me! And the gym is very welcoming. I get an incredible HIIT workout during Box Bag class. The weekly cardio courses contain fun songs and tough movements. I easily burn hundreds of calories per class. I really enjoy how the cardio classes are designed to isolate all different muscle groups and improvements are quickly noticeable. They also offer strength classes that focus on gaining muscle mass. This gym is motivational and results driven. The owners have created an atmosphere here that is pivotal to the heart of Bay View since 1984. Julie goes above and beyond to show her gratitude to each member by providing a personalized experience and continued encouragement. In 6 months, I have NO pain in my joints, my balance and muscle strength have improved a lot, and I have lost a lot of weight. I was too heavy to start with aerobics, so I have been using the gym weights under the instruction of Dennis and Julie. You could not do better than the Shape Up Shoppe in Bay View. I mean it. I feel great!

Rose Plewa: I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

Kate O'Keefe: Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!

The best part of working out here for me is that I don't have to plan my workouts- I just show up, do what the trainers say, and get results. That's the best and most efficient workout routine I've ever done.

I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!
