Cassie Cosgrove: My fiancé and I took father/daughter and mother/son dance lessons here. We did two 40 minutes lessons back to back and time flew by. I wasn’t sure what to expect but we had a ton of fun. Our instructors Natalie and Sodo were phenomenal. They went at our pace, taught us a few styles of dance, and then worked on applying some of that to the songs we had picked up. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for lessons for a wedding dance!

I was traveling to Brazil for my friends wedding and thought I'd learn to Samba in a couple months to prepare. What I found was an energetic and supportive community of like-minded individuals. Positive, supportive, and understanding. And that's just the other students. The instructors are even better. You will not regret your time here. You will feel uncomfortable but you will get past it and on the other side is an unparalleled sense of confidence. And you'll look great doing it!

I would recommend going to Fred Astaire because learning the dances and routines will keep you fit and get to interact with staff that enjoy what they do and wants you to have as much fun as they do.

Tom Schweda: when it became very apparent it was necessary to correct my right foot alignment with major foot reconstruction surgery last April.The operation was done on April 2nd with eight weeks of no weight on the foot, followed by weeks in a walking boot.After that it was very careful limited walking with a cane .When I finally went back to see Arthur and Alexis they quickly recognized there was no way I was ready for dancing BUT NEEDED WALKING AND BALANCE LESSONS which continues today with Alexis .Things have improved to the point where I can roll my foot ,transfer my weight and learn to dance better than before the operation.I owe my my "Quality of life" to my FRED ASTAIRE Dance Professionals dedication to their profession!I wrote this for two reasons, First , TO thank Alexis and Arthur and second, For others to realize the the unknown benefits of Fred Astaire dancing.Thank you!

As a para-athlete, wheelchair ballroom dancing offers graceful movement, physicality of a truly individualized concept, and an overall sense of inclusion.It has been a blessing getting to know all the staff, and to explore the opportunities adaptive dance has to offer. Kevin Blackburn: I signed up for a couple of dance lessons to challenge myself and try something new. Over a year later, I'm so glad that I've had this wonderful experience. The dance instructors are truly top notch professionals and make learning really fun. Fellow students are always there to cheer you on. Not only do they have individual dance lessons, but they also offer group classes so that you can learn with other students. They also have Social Dance parties where you can dance with other students and instructors to practice what you've learned and learn more. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Not having a partner I didn’t even know if it would be possible for me to sign up for lessons. Turns out I didn’t need a partner. I can tell you this has been one of my best decisions. It was a wonderful evening that my father described as the best birthday of his life... and at 89, that covers a lot of ground! The studio was elegant and provided a great venue for the event!
Christine Lang: Amazing studio! It's beautiful, the music choices are very good, and the dance lessons are phenomenal. They also host free group dance nights several times a week for students to come practice. The staff are sooo amazing and always very friendly. They customize how they teach you based on your learning style and interests. Very flexible schedule, too. 10/10 would recommend going here! Assorted Titles: I have taken dance lessons at Delaware House with Martin Cawston for about 5 years. It is a welcoming establishment that gives the community of Bayview the feel of friendliness and good old fashioned neighborhood warmth. Taking ballroom lessons with Martin allows me to develop my passion for dance, Delaware House also offers many other wellness services, massage, fitness, various classes and physical therapy. Certainly an asset to a small neighborhood one can enjoy being a part of.

I started taking classes with Matt and Betsy soon after, and have been visiting the Delaware House on a weekly basis for classes ever since! It's a very clean, open, and well maintained facility with a wide variety of services. I come up from Racine each week, and I know of others who come from out of town as well to take advantage of all the Delaware House has to offer. I highly recommend checking it out!

If you're not into dance they have a trainer to work on getting/keeping you in shape, yoga for the inner you, massage therapy if you over did it, acupuncture, physical therapy and an aesthetist to make sure you look your best. Katherine Frances M. Wilson: Josh and Amber have done an excellent job supporting the Latin dance community in Milwaukee. Daync Academy is a great spot to social dance. The floor was smooth, the room stayed cool the entire time, and people were so nice.

ejk2911: They don't really focus on technique. Just a bunch of turn patterns. At the end of the class everyone is usually doing their own thing. But it's nice that they teach a lot of dance patterns. Most places are stingy with turn patterns.

Julia Slater Blotz: Both of our kids have danced with DDS for years, and have loved their experiences! This is an inclusive, responsibly run business with truly knowledgeable teachers. As a parent, I appreciate the focus on communication, and would recommend to anyone entering the dance world at any stage.
Nicole Meyer: Dynamite Dance is by far the most inclusive dance studio in the metro Milwaukee area. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The owners dedicate their time educating students about the importance of acceptance, being your true self, and do not tolerate any form of bullying. I have never seen a company so dedicated to the wellbeing of all their students who take the time to promote inclusivity in the Menomonee Falls area. This dance studio is committed to each and every child who walks into their doors with open arms and is a true definition of a diverse organization.

Megan Martin: Allison has been great for voice lessons. She makes my daughter feel comfortable with stepping out of her comfort zone. She is quick to respond to emails. I definitely recommend her.
Adilene Hernandez: My daughter loves to dance and has been having so much fun going to her pre ballet classes. She gets excited when Saturdays come. Her teacher is so nice and understanding, even when my daughter has days or times that she doesn’t dance. I know she’s only 2 years old, but I love how she looks forward to class and seeing her teacher.
Jennie Fuhrman: We've been beyond happy with APA and their staff & leaders. They're both fun & professional. Garrett continues to show a sincere interest in our dancer's well being through her injury. Danielle did a BOSS job on our daughter's solo. She absolutely loves it! Chris is a hoot & did a Rockstar job on the hip hop choreography and he really connects with the kids. Communication overall is incredible. We switched from a 10 year run with another studio and we've been really, really happy.

We are so thankful for Ms. Sami and Ms. Olivia C who are always so patient with our daughter in her ballet/tap class! We also love Ms. Kyleigh and Ms. Caitlyn S who have an infectious amount of energy and spunk in our oldest's poms class! I have seen my daughter grow in confidence, not in just her dancing but in social interactions with peers and adults. I even tried something new and signed up for the adult dance class! So much fun to learn dance and what a fun way to meet an amazing group of women! There is a sense of community at LDC. It’s such a positive and uplifting place and I’m so happy that we found it.

Rebekah Laurine: Miss Allie - she is so patient when working with young kids who don't seem to want to follow any kind of instructions. She lets the kids blossom at their own pace with gentle guidance. She is always pleasant to interact with as a parent.Miss Sarah - I cannot even explain how amazing she has been with my daughter this winter. She truly loves kids and working with them and it shows in all of her interactions. Even when dealt a classroom of 2 year olds with no help she rose above. I commend the whole Aspire staff in how they were able to come up with a plan to get all the kids out of their comfort zone and begin to enjoy the class over time. But Miss Sarah especially! She is amazing!

We signed her up and had Miss Anastasia for ballet/tap. Miss Anastasia was absolutely amazing, she built up my daughter’s confidence at just 4 years old! My daughter left dance class so happy and excited to be dancing and would come home and dance to just about anything! We did the Nutcracker and that was her first recital and it went great. She wasn’t scared at all. Summer recitals were even better! Seeing my daughter grow in dance and grow in confidence makes me feel so happy! Having other teachers recognize your daughter and get so excited to see her just as much as she is to see them is also something that makes me feel like we chose the right place! We are into our 2nd year and it’s going just as well! Costumes are outstanding and beautiful! Mrs Anita is always so welcoming and wanting to talk to all the parents to get to know them and the dancers!

Cameron Kappl: We are second generation students at Anita's Dance Center. My sister was a student from 1994 - 2006. I have two daughters that began dancing in 2010 & 2013. Anita and her staff are awesome and very professional. Dance is a very expensive hobby and the prices at Anita's are very reasonable. The studio is very spacious, clean and well decorated. Recitals are very professionally done and every year there are many opportunities to perform including the Nutcracker, Friends & Family Show, Charity Show, as well as the regular recitals, parades and sporting events. Anita's also has a world class competition team that competes around the country that both my daughters are members. If you have a child that wants to dance...Anita's Dance Center is the place to go. We love it!!
