Dr. Alexander was very professional and very thorough. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing through my exam. His staff was very pleasant and the office was very clean and very welcoming. I definitely recommend him for your Dermatology needs.

The visit took less time than I expected because I arrived early. Dr Alexander seemed competent. I had questions about 3 spots. 2 were not important and 1 was precancerous. He removed it with nitrogen. Signing in with the notebook was more intimidating. The visit was a non stressor.

The lady at the front desk is awesome she remembers my son I never have to wait she says his name to make sure it’s him and we are check in fast and the nurse is wonderful also this the best place love it

Patient interaction and patient care are the favorite parts of my practice. Each patient is unique with a need for a personalized care plan. I value that my patients have an active role in providing input into their care plan. Therefore, I spend a good deal of time in the discussion of risks and benefits of various treatment options for their skin cancer, including the role of multidisciplinary care if needed. Patient comfort is paramount in the Skin Cancer Center, and our team works hard to make sure each patient has exemplary care.

I was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. I was inspired to become a physician through my volunteer work with underserved patients in the United States and abroad. In addition to working in the Skin Cancer Center, volunteer work and medical education is important to me. I regularly participate in a medical trip to Nicaragua with medical students from MCW to provide dermatologic and general medical care to those with limited access in the country.

4worldlovers: I left my water bottle in a bathroom, it was gone when I went back and bathroom was locked. We had a late appointment and all the staff was gone before we left. We walked all over to find it. Is there a better lost and found? My medication makes me very thirsty.


We had an amazing experience, and every single person we talked to was helpful and understanding. Dr. Holland was patience and understanding and we love her.
