Persickety Consumer: Jim the store manager and Reese the in store salesman were very helpful in trying to manage frustrating irregularities in an online order. They assisted as far as they could, assisted in getting the correct frame, then put me in contact with the correct party to deal with the online issue. In short, I learned that it is better to put your order in at the store front in case there are delivery issues rather than through the chat on the website. Through the chat I was not aware that I was not dealing with my local store. Online reps have inconsistent levels of knowledge.Also I learned that when placing orders a new account must be created each time so that the purchase goes under the correct name for warranty purposes. Do not allow reps to pull up an existing account through your phone number.With these cautions in mind I would not hesitate in working with the folks and buying from the Silver Spring Mattress Firm in the future.

I haven't bought a mattress in a long time. I went to mattress firm and can't say enough about Ed, Steve, and Sam! Ed was very patient and informative as I tried almost every bed in the store. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful in making sure all items I wanted were ordered and set up for delivery as I needed. Sam was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to help me the next day when I decided to switch to a queen! As a team, they were great and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. They definitely earned my business and I will return soon to replace another mattress!
I walked in and was in a bit of a hurry and left out, and Deondre the sales person came to the door and waved at me and said he could help me, as I was backing out of the parking space, and I said I’d come back. He said please come on in let’s see what we can do for you. I decided to go back since he took the time to come out!!! Well we found a bed with a free adjustable bed frame, and he was extremely helpful!!! I would’ve kept going if he hadn’t come to the door, maybe went back another day, but for sure I was leaving, and there were other people in the store at the time and I wasn’t ignored. I just thought I could slip in and look around, and leave but he made that sale and I’m grateful!!! Thanks for going that extra step!!! Mrs A

Denise Newman: I visited the store on Burleigh looking for a bed for a family member with a medical issue. Dana was my salesperson and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as she walked me through the options based on my need. Never did I feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I ultimately did make the purchase and as a result of my experience 2 more family members have since made similar purchases. All in all a wonderful experience.

Christopher Wysong (Chris): I got into town for some business adventures. Before dinner my other half and I had a little time to burn and saw the Sleep Number store. We were curious about these as there really isn’t a store close to where we live. We thought this would be fun. We were right. We learned all about these things. We got to try them out. We found our sleep numbers. It was all super easy. But the real reason it was so awesome was because of Dana, the extraordinary sales person! Extremely knowledgeable and VERY helpful. We eventually ordered and in a couple weeks we had a delivery. I feel badly now because I forget the delivery person’s name. But he too was super knowledgeable in all things Sleep Number. He had all kinds of information to share after they set it all up and connected it to the wi-fi. It was like at every level of the customer experience I only encountered people who were kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of their products and company. We were super happy about our experiences from start to finish. Oh… and I suppose I do have to say the smart bed we bought is really amazing too.

Patricia Ormsby: The store was incredibly busy today being Saturday. All associates were helping customers so I took the rag from the nightstand I wanted to purchase and got in line. When I got to the register, I was assisted by manager on duty Thomas Blaedow. I explained that I had taken the ticket because I needed to purchase two nightstands but I had no way of getting them upfront. He stopped what he was doing was doing to go back to pick up both nightstands. He brought them upfront on a flatbed. I also purchased a desk chair with wheels, so I was concerned about getting all of this in my sedan. He was so positive and upbeat entire time. Told me between the two of us we would get all of this in my car. Believe it or not, we did! Thomas was very courteous and helpful all while short staffed.
