I usually opt for the delivery option and receive my goods well within the estimated time provided on their website.I wanted to give one more shout out to The Glass Pantry for kindness & excellent customer service. I had recently moved and accidentally typed in my delivery address incorrectly, therefore the package was delivered to the wrong home. My lovely neighbor called The Glass Pantry and customer service at the store coordinated for me to get my order, despite ME putting in the wrong address. Justin Cramer: I love the concept of this store. Bring your jars, bottles, etc. Refill without adding extra things to throw away. This small store has the beginnings of a great neighborhood feel. There is way more packed into the shop than one might think. Stop in; you might be surprised.This is a great store if you live within walking distance. If you need to drive there, be prepared to find street parking.

Hannah Avdic: This was a great shop! I like that there's something like this in Milwaukee. The selection is pretty good and we purchased a few items! They do offer small paper bags for any loose spices, nuts, etc in case you forget to bring your own. The store is very clean and they have clean scoops for customers to use when selecting spices, etc. The cashier was fairly unfriendly and didn't interact much with us, she seemed annoyed.

They offer so many eco friendly products and dry goods. We love the spice selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delivery is prompt. It makes sense to shop local, and there's no better boost to the community than our community-owned co-op, which is stocked with fresh local produce, dairy, and meats, plus packaged goods that are delicious and healthful. The deli selections are outstanding, smoothies and juices are tasty, and the baked goods are yummy, whether the recipes are vegan, gluten-free, or traditional. There is even a soup and salad bar! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, too!
Gwyneth Kattman: I was surprised with how inexpensive things are here, even compared to bigger chain stores. Their kitchen has the best food too. I would recommend the tapioca popovers and a strawberry smoothie.

Surrounded by nature and strongly committed to environmentally sustainable practices, the venue combines warm wooden tones with a modern twist. In addition to the beautiful forest grove for ceremonies - there is a striking walking bridge and observation tower that provide great opportunities for photos and frivolity! It is the perfect background for wedding celebrations!
caitlin carlson: This was the most breathtaking place we could've ever imagined getting married at! The colors of trees and overall forest feel gave us the most perfect magic forest wedding! The team was really helpful in making sure the day went perfectly. The ability to not only decorate the whole space but have the freedom to bring your own vendors was amazing! Lots of places lock you in to a crazy expensive meal/drink plan. So the fact they don't is underrated!The inside of the building is almost as beautiful as the venue it's located on! The slides were a huge hit with kids and adults alike! The 2 levels were also great for balcony viewing and space to really spread out and dance!

Cara Bell: We had our wedding reception here in October and cannot express just how perfect this venue is.From the start, Facility Rentals & Events Manager MaryBeth was extremely helpful and informative, helping us coordinate with vendors and laying out the floorplan.They allowed us to execute the simple, elegant wedding we envisioned while being in line with their environmental mission as best we could.We nearly had to switch our ceremony location to the UEC due to weather conditions, and while we did not go through with that, MaryBeth was extremely flexible and willing to help us make things work despite the last minute changes.The result of the evening was magical, supported by their wonderful staff. We would recommend the UEC to anyone looking for an awesome wedding!
Sandi Landowski: Beautiful, accessible nature trails. Accessible building with local reptiles to look at. Nice venue for gathering or weddings. It was especially lovely with the fall colors. Various programs to get involved, including crafts, adult evening walks and drinks, sewing, etc.

Ken Schmitz-Lammers: We recently had our wedding with about 34 guests at Urban Ecology Center. The actual ceremony was outside by their fire pit area and the reception was indoors on the second floor. As it was beginning of August we were able to be outdoors to enjoy the beautiful surroundings that the area provides. There were plenty of great places for photos, a great overlook tower with a view of the city, and a wrap around balcony to hang out. Even though we had catering, there was a fully-stocked kitchen available to us if needed. On the evening of the wedding there were two employees to assist with any last-minute details, and leading up to the event various staff were very friendly and helpful.We also knew that our rental fee for the space would be utilized to support the mission of Urban Ecology Center and its programs, which is a big plus compared to other wedding venues. We live close to the UEC so will continue to enjoy the grounds as we always so, but would definitely recommend the Center for any gatherings.
John Contreras: This is an incredible place to visit if you're into hiking and adventuring. What's really nice about this location is you can direct access to the river and some great photo ops. Definitely recommend bringing friends and family here.

Katie Graff: Stopped for lunch on a Friday. The entire market was packed. It was a bit confusing where to stand in line but finally ended up in front of the salad bar. We both ordered sandwiches- hot turkey and hot mediterranean and also shared a juice. I think it was the jungle juice but can't exactly remember. The sandwich is really big and is honestly 2 servings. Mine could have been pressed a bit longer as the ingredients were luke warm. Very delicious, though. We both agreed we'd come back.We thought the parking lot for the market was complimentary but ended up paying about $6. Next time I'll look for street parking like I normally do.
