Very reasonable rates. Thought a big company like this would not do the small job I requested but it seems as if there is no job too small and they do not overcharge for small jobs like most companies do. Give them a call.

Julie West: Troy is very Professional and Caring. He sent Jake to check out my two ceiling fans, check power box, and exhaust fan in bathroom. Jake is very Professional and caring and provided light at the time he came out on dining room ceiling fan. He left, later that day, Troy gave me exact pricing on repairs, replacements, etc... I agreed to his pricing and Jake came back next day to complete. I Highly Recommend, and especially working directly with Jake for being so efficient and courteous.

Jack Pantaleo: My need to call Prime Electric was the result of a poor job done by another HVAC/ Electrician company. This was my first time using Prime Electric and I was really happy with the overall experience. Troy was great to talk to over the phone and very responsive to returning my call to set up specifics. I worked with Jason and thought that he did a great job. Jason was on time, well-trained, knowledgeable, and personable and willing to talk me through his findings and any questions that I had.There was a small miscommunication error wherein the first time, they didn't bring the correct ladder and had to reschedule for another day to bring a lift. I wasn't charged for labor or travel for the first day and would like to voice my appreciation at how competitive their lift charges are. Prime Electric owns it's own lift and charges far less than most other companies that have to sub-rent a lift for the job.Overall very satisfied with the quality of work I received, level of communication, and holistic experience while working with Prime Electric. Would highly recommend!

James Hernandez: Troy was both personable and professional during the initial call and subsequent estimate for an electrical panel upgrade. The rate was the lowest I found, but the quality of work was exceptional. His crew showed up on time and they were informative, also personable and professional, and they finished the job - including a total and thorough cleanup, before the estimated time frame. Moreover, they found an unforeseen wiring problem and stayed until it was completely fixed. The problem was not included in the initial estimate, but they were up front about any additional charges to address it and did not proceed until they consulted with me. After the job was completed, Troy was prompt with invoices and followed through with every email request from me. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.
Craig Manske: out to take care of the problem. Initially there was an issue finding where the problem existed, so a second trip was required. Even after all the trouble my old house offered up, the price was extremely fair. I'll be calling Prime again for future electrical work.

Dave & Terry Lang: We had a Generic generator for whole house installed. The crew was timely & informative about the process . Work site was kept clean during install & after completion. We were very pleased with their service & knowledge, would have them back for future projects.

We called numerous electricians none of which offered solutions and none were available until well into next week.Our situation needed an immediate solution as we were hosting family Christmas at our house. He recommended after a few fixes of our own on our box with no luck that the issue was that we had "legs" loose on our house connected with the WE Energies line. HE WAS RIGHT, even after WE Energies had already said it was not their issue. We called We Energies back with his recommendation and they came out and POOF -- problem solved.We are so thankful to have someone knowledge and kind enough to answer a call over a holiday weekend so that we did not have to cancel our family gathering!

Sarah Joseph: I highly recommend this company. They installed recessed lighting in our 100 year old house. I was really worried about the plaster because they had to completely rewire the ceiling. Darren was super responsive over the phone and provided me with a very fair price. Kyle and Mike did the install and they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They had to cut an extra hole to run the wire but they were communicative and did it without causing any unnecessary damage. They cleaned up the whole room and were done in one day - very impressive. Again, I highly recommend these guys.
