Chadwick Shaw: I needed to create an account fast to have accurate pricing to finish a quote for an upcoming project. I submitted a help request and was able to get access. That is not the amazing part.I received an email from the Director of Finance within 30 min of my help request checking to see if the issue was resolved. For someone at that level in the company taking the time to ensure I was getting the help I needed is outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with Standard Electric.

Just as an example last week, I called Bill because I couldn’t figure out how one of my equipment was supposed to be working properly and I needed to buy some things I live about three hours away. He said come on by I will get you taken care of not only did he Properly fix all my equipment to work but then recommended other things that I needed to ensure that I would have a successful washing year. And then Jessica went out of her way to get me apart that they didn’t have in stock. So that I could leave with everything that I needed. Bill and Jessica are both amazing people and I can’t even read on how much I am happy to always buy from them because they will take care of you as they have with me.
Ramiro Cortes-Rodriguez: I’m a new pressure washer owner who started last year with a basic machine and tools and was introduced to Bill and his power wash store in Glendale Milwaukee. Bill took his time to show me what he could do for me to elevate my business. At the end I went with a short bed skid 8 gpm pressure washer with a soft wash system, electric reels, and a chemical metering system pressure washer. To me it was a no brained to make this investment because I am thinking long term and I know my jobs will be cut in half thanks to Bill and the skid! James Scott: I’m a successful Roof Maxx Dealer in the illinois area and towards the end of last year I was debating g on adding a soft wash skid to my business. Well in February of this year I did just that. I bought a skid and was a total rookie. Not knowing anything about it I asked a friend for advice and he told me to call Bill over at the PowerWash Store in Glendale.He said Bill will take care ofYou. So I did…. And this guy has been in my corner the whole time. He invited me to the store and did a total run down on my skid. Thought me how to Prime . How the Pro Portioner worked and so on. Hayes Davis: Again, very satisfied with Proven Power. I had them pickup my 20 year old tractor for repairs. I Initially told them to proceed with the repairs. I went in to discuss the repairs to get a better understanding of what was needed. We determined that the repairs would far exceed the value of the tractor with no guarantee future repairs wouldn’t be needed on it. Especially considering I had already spent $1,300 dollars late last year on repairs and potentially another $1,500 for the latest repairs. No brainer!I pretty much had made a decision to buy another machine before I got there. What I liked was the way they walked me through my options for a machine, the write-up and options for financing. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.

Tim Skloss: Proven Power did a great job on my first service call to fix a broken part on my JD compact tractor. I didn't buy my tractor there, but they serviced it beyond my expectations. When I picked it up a day later I noticed the control levers were firm and no longer wobbly--I never even mentioned they were a problem! The fix appears to be solid, better than factory and they topped off all the fluids.
