Cassandra Cantrell: . Wasn’t a bad place to live. But there were no windows in the kitchen, living room, or bathroom. Just the one pictured in the bedroom. The view was other peoples bedroom windows haha. Not that much sunlight reached my room, my plants almost died. Also the floor in the living room and kitchen was hard concrete. I mean overall the place was nice considering the other options for living in Milwaukee and you get a full size bed, desk/chair, a closet area with shelving, and island with two chairs in the kitchen. Also a plunger and toilet brush are included in the bathroom. I’m just posting the things I didn’t know about before moving in and being nit-picky.

В этих квартирах в полной мере использована «индустриальная» атмосфера: они оснащены цементными колоннами, воздуховодами и даже имеют оригинальные заводские полы Ford Model T!Больше всего мне понравились ОГРОМНЫЕ окна в каждой комнате, красивая плитка в ванной и, конечно же, огромный потолок!Сотрудники доступны круглосуточно и без выходных и забирают вашу почту и посылки для самовывоза. Там очень тихо, я могу целыми днями не видеть никого из соседей!Я снял звезду, потому что университет разместил в Кенилворте студентов с положительными случаями COVID-19 и не уведомил нынешних жителей. У нас были временные соседи с COVID, и нам пришлось самим выяснять, что происходит.Возможно, это будет немного больше денег, но, на мой взгляд, цена того стоила!

Joe Roy: The lark is definitely the best place to live in marquette campus. It’s always clean and it’s in the center of campus.
Molly Conlin: , & they do awesome events every month! Plus, I’m allowed to have my dog here, in unit washer/dryer, AC, & a great mezzanine with a gym, study room, & free printing. Honestly couldn’t really ask for more!

From the moment I toured last year, I immediately felt at home. My parents are very grateful with how safe the Lark is and how nice the rooms are. Bob Taylor: A very good friend of mine's daughter has lived there for a couple of years as a student at Marquette and newly graduated professional. I've been onsite 3-4 times for visits up from Chicago and was really impressed with the staff that supports the tenants, the quality of the living space, and the contemporary look and feel of this great rental opportunity. You also cannot beat the central location and walking distance to the many great things Milwaukee has to offer. If I or one of my kids was moving to Milwaukee, I would seriously consider moving there.
OLD SALT MERCHANTS: My daughter lived at The Lark on 14th for two years and it was a great experience. It's a very SAFE environment right near the Marquette campus. The amenities were amazing -- spacious modern apartments plus a nice clean gym and tons of community acitivities and outreach. The staff are very attentive and communicate quickly. For all you parents out there, I highly recommend this property for your college age children. The safe enviroment and top notch staff was worth every penny. - Monique
John Short: Lark on 14th is a great apartment building. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and very accomodating. The staff is a big highlight of living at the Lark. Everyone who works there is easy to talk to you and fun to interact with, in addition to being understanding and careful with all resident wants and needs. Would very much recommend living here.

Emi Miller: I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. The only reason I moved out was to pursue a PHD in Cleveland. Great staff, great amenities and very safe. The kitchen was spacious with up to date appliances. In the beginning of quarantine, it was great to be in a clean space and have a management staff that was helpful during these hectic times.

Erin Alexa Sotelo: I have had an amazing experience at UWM so far. Everyone is so kind. Instructors and advisors are very supportive and caring. I have enjoyed all of my classes so far and am grateful to be receiving my education at this university. There are so many opportunities to seek out, and many places to find a sense of belonging.
