Kristen Arveson: the most elegant and glamorous greenery/draping for the huge outdoor gazebo at Pere Marquette Park for our ceremony. It was truly the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The inside of our venue was so dreamy as well with the additional greenery added to the stairwells and railings. They also communicated and coordinated extremely well with the other vendors which meant we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without having to make any last minute decisions. This team was phenomenal and we couldn’t have been happier with their designs!

Every idea or request that I had, Oscar was able to bring to fruition. He was so attentive to our details and was genuinely passionate about our wedding. We did our florals through them, which they were able to repurpose between ceremonies. We also were able to rent everything we needed through Ambrosia too! We worked mostly with Oscar and Meriah - they are the dream team!! Communication was always fast and they made the breakdown of our invoice very easy to understand. They really transformed the space and the setup for everything was more beautiful than we could have even imagined.

The space is large and accommodating and the loft space is a nice get away if needed. The food was amazing as well and we got many compliments! Forever grateful for this team!

Food stations were spaced throughout and we sat and sampled the different options. Food was very good, the consultants stopped at each table to answer questions. Brandon Brown - Roost Photography: I love weddings at Jan Serr Studio! I love how conveniently Jan Serr is located almost as much as I love its modern industrial vibes - it’s a close thing. Located in one of the trendier spots in Milwaukee, it also happens to be right by Black Cat Alley and the Oak Leaf trail granting access to both artistic graffiti walls and a surprising amount of green and trees amidst all the cool east side buildings. The Venue itself is stunning inside and out - concrete and steel and glass - all with a warm feel to it. And the view from the main window is to die for - providing and incredible canvas for all the wedding action!

Taylor Wood: Thank you, thank you, thank you! To Katie and the rest of the Jan Serr staff for making our October 2023 wedding so amazing. From the beginning Katie was friendly, incredibly responsive, and so helpful to us through the planning process. She helped us with the layout of the room as well as parking for our guests, signage in the building, and overall just being a great coordinator. The bartenders were AWESOME and we have gotten so many compliments on them from our guests. The space is incredible and with their string lights and the GIANT windows it made the night feel magical. We would 100% do it all again, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

There is a huge window that was the backdrop for the couple and a nice outside balcony where you have the lake as a backdrop. The dinner was catered by Sam's. Which was excellent. The strawberry, goat cheese and arugula salad did not disappoint. There is street parking or 2 pay lots right next to the venue that are decently priced.
