Cam Kay: This Building use to house the Blatz Brewery which was built in 1891 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. This is a beautiful historical building and a must see. Check it out!

Cortney Petty: some members who are rude and try to complain about everything and try to get people fired, thankfully they are not the norm. Also there are some rude older residents who like to take chairs away from tables and make you use the bad chairs, when there is supposed to be 5 chairs at each table.Also there are only TWO guest parking spots, and it is hard to see out of the driveway and not get in an accident because cars illegally park in a no parking spot, almost every night!! That is my only complaint, I have almost gotten in 3 car accidents due to this, I wish the cars would get towed!
Gheiman Reyes: I rented at Landmark on the Lake for 6 years and loved every year. The staff running the building is great, friendly and have always been helpful during my time. The amenities the building offers is amazing with covered parking, gym, indoor pool, yoga room. The location of the building is right in the heart of the Milwaukee Eastside, which means always within walking distance of things to do around the city! As a renter, I highly recommend living here.

Lisa Hildebrand: We are frequently reminded about why we bought a condo at the Landmark: the 2 highly professional onsite property managers, the outstanding 24-hour front-desk staff, and the fabulous maintenance and support staff. Case in point: while parking my car in the garage, I forgot to turn off an interior light, which drained the battery after 3 days. I asked the front-desk person for suggestions, and he promptly brought out a portable battery charger. Unsure about how to use it, I asked if one of the maintenance people could help me. One of them quickly appeared and started my car. His friendly and understanding demeanor immediately turned around what could have been an awful day.
Talea Bloom: A posh residential building on the beautiful Milwaukee lake Michigan lake front.Convenient walk to dining and entertaining venues. Loads of hip bars, breweries and restaurants.Hospital next door.Views of the lake and city are outstanding.Bike path foot as reps away and our favorite coffee spot ' colectivo' is at the foot of the hill.Concierge on site, garage parking, storage, swimming pool, dog run, entertaining space in case you want to throw a large party available upon reservation.Fourth of July is a win here with views of the lake and the city for fireworks.Get it if you can. Totally worth the investment.

Amenities are outstanding: Small gym that does what you need it to do, indoor pool, outside deck with patio furniture, grills, and fire-pit. The building is clean and taken care of. Best location with access to downtown, The Hop, Georgeous location near the parks, museums and culture. Love living here.
