Always great service and prices to match! 1/8/23...back for more, snagged some awesome mushrooms frags for $20 each. And, my husband and I were just discussing, we've been in and out of the hobby over the years but we've been buying saltwater from them since 1997...25 years!!!

Jessica Schneider: When I visited the Fish Factory I had ZERO idea of where to start when wanting to stock my fish tank with new fish. As soon as I walked-in, I was greeted by Ashley with a smile who was more than willing to help. She was SUPER knowledgeable of which fish would work in the size of my tank, what I would need to clean it, and even which fish would get along! I was surprised she wasn't the manager... I was super impressed. Definitely will be back!

Thomas Hoff: This store is a long drive for me, but the owner was awesome. His employees were awesome, and one was being trained. That one will be a great asset. Nice layout, and I guess he is moving the store around a bit, or already has. Plants and shrimp are to the left going in and back. Salt water is in the middle and some to the right I believe. Freshwater and tropical, plus more plants, to the left and back.

Emily Kopp: Cool little shop! While I didn’t actually purchase anything, the guy working was so helpful and personable! He answered a ton of my questions and took the time to educate me on a few types of fish we are interested in getting eventually. Great service, I will be back.

Scott Brown: Nice little quaint ma and pa aquarium store. Not a huge commercial selection but plenty of things to choose from especially if your looking to do a soil, sand and live plant style aquarium. There's a lot of selection in the way of drift wood, live plants, snails, shrimp and other live fish. Only complaint would be to get better lighting inside the store. Otherwise it's worth going in and supporting small business owners like this outfit right here!!

Tina G: I can’t say enough about Travis. I noticed one afternoon my reef tank was leaking. We purchased the tank from Travis so I immediately called the store in a panic. Explain the situation to Travis and to my surprise he told me to come to the store and borrow a tank to transfer my tank into until I could figure out what I was going to do. Within an hour I was walking out of the store with a tank. I can’t say enough. Travis didn’t have to be so helpful. But he was. He is also helping me with the warranty process to get our tank replaced. I appreciate the help. Definitely saved my reef tank and fish.

Rebecca Block: I stopped in a little before closing a few weeks ago and received great customer service as well as detailed advice on getting the fish I purchased as a gift to make it back home with me on a 10 hour drive the next day. All fish make it home alive and survived and added 3 hours for a total drive of 13 hours due to severe storms that’s to the advice and directions of the store owner. I so appreciate the 5 star customer service and will stop by for all my fish needs when visiting the area again. Thanks again!

Savannah Wan: Honestly, this is probably the best fish store ive ever been to. All the tanks, even the small ones are well maintained and the fish all look healthy. They also always have exactly what im looking for, for a fair price! I was surprised because smaller businesses usually have higher markups than chains. I dont think ill shop anywhere else in milwaukee for my aquatics supplies even tho i get a discount at work.Im surprised to see people complaining about the mark ups. Petco and petsmart are more than double the price for some things … like the sponge filter i got was $7.99 with a 10.99 air pump, but one at petsmart of the same size was 10.99, and the pump was $18.Also, idk why people are saying the staff is rude. I came for the first time around close and i was politely given plants like 10 minutes before they closed, which usually irritates most people.They also have a very diverse selection of plants and rocks! Pretty much anything youd need and more.
Tm S: This is the most beautiful store I've ever seen immediately when you walk in the front door there is a giant koi pond and live plants growing all over the place a trailer of the walls in the leaves get bigger it's absolutely gorgeous! Then you go inside and find so many different fish varieties, shrimp, tiny little crabs, all different kind of water stabilizers, different aquariums, substrates, food, everything you can imagine. Sales person at the front was very knowledgeable about African dwarf frogs and gave me a lot of helpful advice. I would recommend this to anybody looking to start an aquarium or to enhance the aquarium that they have!!

Ali Ali: : 1010 one skew which not enough even for one, but it was delicious.Sandwiches:Steak tuna 1010 enough for 1Lobster rolls 810, although it is their signature sandwich, but it was an ok sandwich fo me.Fried main:Fried Grouper 910Fried walleye 1010Both fried dishes were great but I like the walleye more, despite the fact that my favorite fish is the grouper.Based on the information above, I really recommend coming to this restaurant. Awesome flavors with not overrated prices.

Kelly Harrold: I drive up from Chicago to go the beach and come here for lunch often. I've loved the little outside bar long before Covid. Service is friendly, the tunes are chill, the food is fantastic without requiring formality or pretense and my fav part is that they are dog friendly. The fact that I can sit and chow on oysters, crab, lobster and premium fresh fish outside with a cocktail and my dog makes me about as happy as one can get.
