Understand this going in, and plan accordingly and you will be successful.The facility is well-maintained, the instructors are well-trained and great at training others. DPA has a great staff of controllers in the tower. This location is outstanding for training in a variety of common environments to make for the most proficient graduates.

Peter Koenen: Overall I have been very pleased with my experiences. The instructors are very professional and dedicated. The crew style cross country experience was great and really sets this program apart. The facility here at DPA has recently seen an impressive upgrade and is under very good management. I would not hesitate to recommend the program if you are ready to dedicate the time and effort, but you need to be a self-starter who is ready to take responsibility for their training.

Tyler Stevens: ATP has been an incredible experience. Although it is intense fast paced and moves quickly you, you have every resource at your disposal to succeed. You’re assigned a primary flight instructor however every instructor is there to assist you. Your peers and numerous instructors are there to make sure you do not fall behind. ATP has the reputation it does for a reason and that is making incredible pilots.

Craig Conner: Easy in and out, friendly folks, tidy and clean.
Shelley Pfeiffer: Since I live between Milwaukee and Chicago, I always prefer to fly out of Milwaukee. The airport is a big smaller a lot more friendly and much cleaner.The fact that it has an area after TSA to get your things together, so to speak known as the recombubulation area.This airport also has an awesome used bookstore known as Renaissance Books.
Scott W: It's a decent airport. Easy access to get in and out. The parking structure is in great shape and on the way out, the credit card readers all work. There are enought restaurants and shoppes along the several concourses. The bathrooms are clean. Getting through TSA can be hit/miss, but that's pretty much true anywhere you go now days.
