m: My name is Mark.In spring,we purchased a used pontoon boat from Pierre. It turned out that after taking delivery, there were a few mechanical issues. Nothing major, but they were Gremlins, and a little bit to track down. Pierre was confident and always maintained that he would solve the issues. After two service calls and a few more part replacements, the problems were solved. Throughout our experience with Casanovas, we always felt that our boat was Pierre's priority. We now have a reliable, trustworthy boat. With patience, understanding and the ability to see when people are working hard for you, I think it is worth giving people the chance to do a great job. Casanovas, and namely Pierre and his staff, did a great job for us. Because of that, my family had the greatest summer we could have had and we are really looking forward to next year. Thank you Pierre.
Brian Hinterthuer: I took my 1970 Evinrude 25 hp outboard motor to Pierre to diagnose why it wouldn't start. He and his amazing team of mechanical engineers found the issue and fixed it for me in a timely manner. Super professional and a straight shooter, I am thankful I took my outboard to Casanova's for repairs!

Kim McAuliffe: This place is THE BEST!! My son has True goalie skates and the blade broke. I called over 20 places in Chicago and across the US and no one had it in stock. They come from Canada so it was going to take several days and we are in the middle of playoffs. Milos took a blade off a skate he had in stock to make sure my son could play. No one else would do this- even Pure Hockey where we bought the skates offered no solution. Milos truly cares about his customers and went above and beyond to get my son back on the ice. As a former goalie, there is no one more knowledgeable about gearing up and making sure you have the right equipment. When I arrived, a dad and his two young sons were in there. Rick not only talked with the kids and showed genuine interest in their collections, but he gave them each a empty bag and let them take handfuls of cards for free. Just the nicest man.
