Michael Decker: The quality of their work is absolutely exceptional. We ordered a custom hickory long table with a live edge look. You couldn't find a seam if you tried with a magnifying glass. The finish is gorgeous. They deliver their own work. It was a real pleasure working with them. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and should the opportunity arise I fully plan to. You won't find this quality of work at this price point almost anywhere else.

After tying many different providers, I luckily contacted Ian who took an interest in the complex image to be engraved on the urn of my father-in-law. He came up with a solution that others were unable to deliver. His service is fast, efficient and at a modest rate compared to other providers. I recommend his company highly.

Working with Ian was very easy and he kept me up to date at each step of the process. It was fun to get the status update pictures to see the progress of the desk. Retail furniture lacks the personal connection with your life and with the artist. Ian repaired and then duplicated an end table that had been in my family since 1960 and then created a bed frame and headboard to match. Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.

Nels helped us and gave us very useful insight and info on the different brands and while he was attentive and helpful, we never felt pressured or bothered when he came to check in on us. We purchased two sofas and are looking forward to their delivery later this week! We felt very good about our experience; Nels seemed to really care that we got a great price AND a great product and was not just trying to make a sale. Thank you!

We walked into the Greenfield store and met with Lori Blackburn. She was a tremendous help. Showed us several different styles and pointed out to us why different sofas were more comfortable than others. All of my family members are very tall. It is difficult to find comfortable furniture if you're over 6 ft tall. Lori asked good questions about our style preferences, room size and colors. It was a great relief to finally find pieces that are comfortable for us. Nice to know that customer service is still around.

Blessed-Teddy: I purchased a beautiful table from the clearance section. No marks scratches or anything wrong. When it got delivered today the table legs had wood broken off 3 of the 4 legs. I said it was unacceptable and wouldn’t let the delivery people leave until I spoke with customer care. I didn’t purchase it broken. Luckily I had photos of it the way I purchased it and penny mustard was willing to send out a new table base. So if you buy anything from clearance as is please take photos for yourself incase something should happen to it like had happened to mine. Good luck! Dorsei and the sales team are exceptional as was Jake in customer care.
