I arrived shortly after 4 pm, and two gentlemen were working. The store was extremely busy since everyone else’s car battery decided it was time to RIP. Despite the chaos, the two workers were very calm, cool, confident, and pleasant. They multi tasked well between calling other locations, answering phones, answering customer questions, hopping around the store and popping back in and out from the cold to assist with replacing batteries. Lance Kirmse: Very Helpful Staff!! They helped me out in my time of need. My issue wasn't great, just a screw in the tread of one tire, but it was a hassle to deal with and they made it much more easy. They got my car in and fixed it right up and I was done within the hour, and back at work and able to drive home on a normal tire and not the mini-spare. I wish I could remember their names, but they were very professional, helpful, kind & understanding, everyone from the gentleman that I initially talked with on the phone, to the lady that helped me at the counter and getting me info on new tires at some point for my 2011 Chevy Impala and the gentleman that did that actual repair of the tire and swap out my mini-spare with the repaired tire. Kudo's to All of You! Job Well Done!!

Delilah Delgado: I had to have 4 tires replaced today. I called to make an appointment. You have a choice of tires to purchase. Tires vary in prices. I chose a better quality tire with a very good guarantee. A bit more pricey but worth it. You get higher milage on quality tires. They had the tires ready for mounting and balanced. I even had a wheel alignment. Twenty First Century Auto are very efficient and do their job well. I highly recommend them. I have had different repairs done there from exhaust system to oil change. Always satisfied with their services. Very friendly too.
