Mike Law: I am so glad that I make the right decision to have them to stage my condo. It makes a big differences with staging. My condo was not staged before and I did not get a lot of potential buyers to check out the place. Once it is staged and I got sold within 3 weeks. It is the connection between the buyers and the house. Virtual staging looks good in the pictures, but when the buyers actually see the house without staged, they don't get the connection to the house. Even though, it is only like 1200 square feet condo, you still want to have it staged. I am highly suggest people to stage their properties. Amy is doing an outstanding job. The entire place is looking fabulous. She is on time, responsive and she has a great style. She spends a lot of time and energy to understand what we needs. Overall, I will give 5 stars to them. Within a week our home went from dull and blah to warm and welcoming. And it was a collaboration with us, not us being told there was only one way. They were able to give us a million dollar look on a very tight budget. The feedback before and after staging was dramatically better. One prospective buyer even asked if they could buy the home as staged! We enjoyed working with them so much, we have them helping us update and guide us in the remodel of the home we purchased. Natasha Lorman: Writing this review gives me a lot of pleasure. I rarely share my opinions, and only do so when I feel very strongly about the subject. Our house had been re-done from top to bottom, and looked great. But it lacked the warmth and coziness when empty. We decided to stage it to give it a little “umph”. We shot for the best during the remodel, and we naturally wanted perfection when it came to staging. Amy and Katie exceeded that goal! In fact, we were absolutely floored during the reveal. After that we also decided to hire the photographer Amy recommended, James Meyer Photography. I just could not stop looking at pictures and the video! The first open house brought comments that were beyond “Wow”, but more like “We have never seen anything like this before”. In fact, the mildest comment was “this is the best house we have seen so far”. Amy and Katie completely nailed the color scheme and the spaces. And it is obvious that the entire design has one uniform vision for the house and it not only completely matches the house, it adds so much more to it. Everything is pulled together and flows organically from room to room. It is obvious they like their job, and we truly love their work!

She was extremely flexible - meeting me on lunch breaks at the last minute and making sure that we had time to repaint and still get the house staged in time for an open house. The house looked fantastic and the price was very reasonable compared to other staging. Immediately after staging and new photos we started getting at least 3 times the showings and within 5 weeks had an offer on our home during the off season! We couldn't be more thrilled or thankful for everything Amy did to help. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
