Chris Lee Aries: I always loved the Milwaukee Public Museum! I went on a thursday and there was a lot of school kids and family's. It's nostalgic everytime going to the museum, the memorable field trips as a kid and now going in my adulthood. I went with a family member and I said we are going on all the floors seeing all the exhibits and we did. Always a fun time time here.

Kat Stewart: It was very nice, the exhibits had a lot to teach in every area we went in. It just needs a little tlc and updating and it'll be perfect! They are supposed to be moving to a new building and updating the exhibits soon, so we will definitely be checking it out then. I hope they get more interactive areas.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …

Went back this year with my granddaughter and my daughter with her husband and my boy and his girlfriend. We had a great time. Some things changed a lot of the same but it was great. Lots of fun. The Atomic Man Man: Nice historical place

S H: I visited this museum as a part of our office event. It was a good experience. We had a group of colleagues who had a good experience in the museum. The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. A good opportunity to understand the journey of this company Harley Davidson. Overall a good experience.

Margaret A. Dierickx: A great interactive place to take kiddos to learn, play and discover. The museum has made upgrades to their processes, so checking in was easy and quick. As a member I scanned my barcode and that was it. Parking was a breeze on a Saturday morning. We parked in front on Wisconsin Ave but there is also a parking structure under the museum and they will validate parking if you bring your ticket to the check in counter. Lots of exhibits to check out. Small town is always a favorite. Children can ride a Harley, drive a city bus, go shopping in a small sized Sendiks grocery store, take care of pets at the Veterinarians office, make a stop to withdraw some cash at the small town bank, or order a pizza at the pizzeria. They have a gated play area recommended for children 4 and under. Perfect to let little ones run around and explore without the fear of having them run away. They've now designated an area for snacks and drinks. Previously you had to leave food items packed away and eat in the lower level. Now they have a small convenient kiosk to purchase snacks, drinks for kids and coffee for adults. Tables are near the check in counter and you never have to leave the area to eat. They hild special events for members only and you can book birthday parties even if you're not member.Highly recommend becoming a member if you're local and plan on visiting more than a couple times a year. The perks are worth it.

Ana Hernández: Wait time No wait

Katie Knutson: We went on Good Friday and it was PACKED. That being said, it was the most fun we've ever had there! There were lots of staff around and everything was generally clean except for the eating area. Note to staff: it would be awesome to have a kid's hand washing sink around there! Also, leave out some disposable towels and a sanitizer spray and I bet many parents would clean their own tables before use.Lots of kids meant we had to wait for items like golf balls and shopping carts, but it also meant more kids to play with and to practice sharing and turn talking with. The kids adventuring around the hot lava course were so cute following each other. I only wish the cafe had been right there so I could have enjoyed a coffee while they played! In 5 hours, we only saw about 2/3 of the museum and all 3 kids wanted to stay longer. My eight-year old spent over an hour putting away groceries. WTH. How do I get that to happen at home??

Jarren Kennedy: I went to Betty Brinn for the first time with my wifey and 2 year old last weekend. This is one of the most fun/interactive experiences we’ve done in Milwaukee. The tiny scale Sendik’s was a popular spot as well as the city bus! This museum is very well laid out and will keep your little one entertained/engaged. 10/10 would recommend you check it out.

Taylor Barstow: Gorgeous house museum. First floor focuses on furnishings showing how the family lived plus a diverse and global art collection procured by the Allis family. Upper floor is more minimalist, showcasing temporary exhibits and contemporary local artists. This dual-function house means locals can return with confidence that they’ll see something new each time. And visitors and locals can glimpse into the past thanks to the first floor. Admission here gets you admission to the Villa Terrace Museum, just make sure you obtain proof of ticket purchase. Or even better - purchase a membership! Recommend!

Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum: what do users think?

Ashley Adam: A true treasure in the heart of Milwaukee’s historic district. The lake view and historic setting make you feel as if you’ve been transported to a different era and location. Olga Vang Lusia Studio Photography: It is STUNNING! The courtyard, the terrace, the view, the garden...absolutely everything about this space is picturesque. But beyond how beautiful the venue is itself, Megan, the events coordinator, is always wonderful to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure all the little details came together for the day of! I cannot recommend this space enough for any couple looking for a little piece of Europe right in the middle of downtown Milwaukee!

Whitney and Matsaya Photography: I absolutely adore photographing events at the Villa Terrace and it is one of my favorite venues in Wisconsin. My favorite part is that everything can take place on location - you never have to leave the venue for portraits because it's already filled with gorgeous views. It makes it super convenient and saves time! The only bummer is that the earliest you have access to the venue is at 3PM so your wedding timeline is very limited. Amplified music has to end by 10:30 PM and The Villa can only hold so many guests. For an intimate celebration, however, this would be a fantastic venue choice.

Jewish Museum Milwaukee: what do users think?

Amy Warmenhoven: If it weren't for a special exhibit they were hosting, I might have opted for one of the larger museums. I am so glad I went here! We had time to go through the special exhibit AND the regular exhibit and didn't have to fight a crowd of baby strollers either. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon activity after a walk in the park.Younger kids may not find it as entertaining as children's museums, but I think mature 3rd/ 4th grade students and older would be very interested. You would probably want to call before bringing a large group, but my favorite piece was the 1930's Girlscout's uniform. Any scout or troup might want to visit.

The DeloDelo: This museum is a hidden gem on the east side of Milwaukee. It's small but punches way above its weight. The permanent exhibit mostly centers around how the Jewish people came to Milwaukee in the early years. You then wind your way through a time-line that takes you through how Jews contributed to the growth of Milwaukee. The tough part is reading about the holocaust. The exhibit is scary, and for good reason. We should never forget. The museum then has a traveling exhibit that they curate. This exhibit is in the front of the building as you walk in. They always do a good job to make sure this exhibit is relevant to what's happening in real life. It's depressing that you have to be buzzed in, as it's a secure building. It's cheap to get tickets. Only 9 bucks!Check out this museum. It's a Milwaukee icon.

Lee R: It’s nice to see just one or the other, take a break & grab a bite to eat in the neighborhood, and come back. Or better yet, make 2 days of it as they’re not open late.I’d definitely recommend a membership. This museum is great for people of any ethnic background, and a definite must see for anyone interested in Milwaukee, immigration, or history buffs in general. I wish I could have brought my older relatives here and seen their reactions & additional family stories around so many of the exhibits. Homeschoolers should definitely make it a regular part of their history & culture studies. The collections are so varied and beautifully presented, the layout gives a flow that really draws you in.They don’t have quite the elaborate gift shop I tend to associate with museums, mostly just a nice selection of books. Overall, it’s an outstanding and uplifting visit. Highly recommended.

Evelyne Ntomono: I love it like just a vibe. I really love it because it tell you how you and how the world grow. Just tell us I love it.
