Jim Shane: I didn't really know Cyndy as she had only taken over the agency with my last payment. But, she was very helpful getting me to understand the mechanics of the program that gives a discount if they monitor the driving. Unfortunately, it was only half good - because the allstate app that monitored the driving was down -and if we didn't register by the premium date, it couldn't be used. We got one drive registered, but not the other. It was a frustrating experience.
