Stephanie: This place was amazing, such a cozy vibe, great musical talent, and meeting Caroline herself!
Lona Hoade: there was still room in their free parking lot. We were warmly greeted at the door & they were already expecting us. There is a cover charge, but again, free parking & music, so not unexpected. Caroline personally came up & greeted us. We were tended to the entire time by her great bar staff. Drinks were very good & reasonable. The Donna Woodall group was playing & they were some of the best jazz we’ve heard in a long time! A must see & hear! We are not anybody special but were treated that way. Caroline’s deserves more than 5 stars. We will be back!
Brian Kerhin: Fantastic jazz vibe. Loud, bring some ear plugs.

Diane Shaw: This restaurant is a very clean establishment, I love the atmosphere with the melody of jazz music. Customer service poor but overall the food was delicious had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food after she brought the other 4 persons food that was at the same table I asked where's my food at she answer with an attitude as if I wasn't suppose to ask her any question.still being polite. So I rate the service with a one star.Parking: Well there's other business and residential in the area small parking lot where people doesn't know how to park in the lines
ElliotKuehl: Sam's fried chicken is spectacular. It is worth any amount of drive to try. Everything you get here is delicious and the top of its class. Atmosphere is unmatched. Music is a perfect volume, and staff is welcoming and attentive. If you can come on Sundays; COME. The live jazz is the life of this place, and better than any jazz concert I've been to so far.
Danielle Gladney: I’m not one to usually leave a review, however after my experience I felt I had to leave one. Being that today is my first time here, I have as definitely impressed. I arrived around 9:15 and walked into a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The overall ambiance is rather soothing as melodic music plays. Being that it was a Saturday morning, I was expecting a large crowd however that was not the case. So seating was not an issue. The food was absolutely to die for. My caramel Macchiato was made with love and tasted better than Starbucks in my opinion. I ordered the shrimp and grits and let me just say it blew my mind away. The grits were extremely creamy which I love and the seasoning of the shrimp was delectable. The serving size was definitely a healthy portion. I also ordered Sam’s single stroke but I was too full from my original plate to enjoy. I would definitely recommend for a solo outing or even a morning date. I would definitely visit again. Maybe on my next trip I will be privileged to hear some live music!

Faithful Foodie: Amazing atmosphere. Amazing live jazz music. Amazing service. Amazing refreshments. Amazing time!Perfect adult environment to enjoy a great time out. Pfister is a wonderful hotel, but I would go again just to hang out at Blu!
Ivan Corona: The architecture on the first floor of this building is absolutely breathtaking, creating a very elegant and refined atmosphere. Once you ascend to the bar, you are greeted by a beautiful view of the city. The addition of live jazz playing throughout the night was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.I came here solely for drinks, so my rating is based solely on this aspect.
