Ann Lemmenes: , was very smooth. Janel really knows her business and was willing to talk us through the process very professionally, but also with an extremely warm and friendly demeanor. The first alabaster light fixture she helped us pick out is so beautiful that we had to contact Janel again to pick out another to finish the look in the room. That 2nd fixture is still in process, but with Janel's help we have every confidence that it will be as lovely as the first, and we can't wait to have it in our home! The materials are of a very nice quality, and while not cheap, the price compared to what we would incur here in California, is very competitive. Thank you Janel
