Jessica Christine: It’s currently the 4th of July, standing in the sun the heat is 103. I’m a type 1.5 diabetic and my blood sugar was dropping very fast as we were trying to get back to our truck. I got as low as 50 and saw the ice cream sign. I was holding my 3 year olds hand brought him in and was picking out ice cream hoping to bring my sugar up. The owner came up and I told him I had low blood sugar. He immediately went inside for the pineapple pieces and gave me the rest of his bag. He then gave us free stickers and let my 3 year old run around after his little pug.Super sweet, super caring. I realize appreciated him, a lot of people normally just kind of say “whatever” and move on so the fact he took time and his own sugar-assistance Stash was so kind!

Max Bowen: Went in and he was very polite and inviting. Introduced me to a bunch of tricks and gave me good insight into magic. This store by far has the most variety of tricks and I highly recommend for any level of magician.

Natedogz7: This place is amazing. This shop has wide verity of tricks, books and cds for all levels of magicians. I live 40 minutes away and will not second guess coming here again. Big Guy and the rest of the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Cayla Cleppe: We actually went in during summer to find a magic coloring book. The guys running the place grabbed one and a box of crayons, also magic, and my daughters eyes LIT UP! And their magic business cards are very clever. I wish more people were tuned into this simple pleasure. Also, If hes there, give their dog a pat.

Elle Armstrong-Cochrane: is passionate about some of the nerdiest stuff possible, and if they can’t help you with something, they’ll figure out who can, even if it’s another store. Play spaces are clean and well-lit, and it’s a fairly diverse crowd that comes in.The big draw here is the community and play spaces - people are friendly, there’s usually someone painting or doing hobby stuff, and they try to host regular game nights for some of their bigger games, along with a hobby night. They also are awesome about trying to connect people for games - I’ve played everything from Battlefleet Gothic to SPQR there, and people have been interested in new games if someone is demoing them. I’ve also never felt uncomfortable there - it can be really hard to find gaming and nerd spaces that are female, queer, or trans-friendly, but they’re fantastic about fostering a fun, open, and safe environment.Their Facebook and Discord communities are good for scheduling, and they tend to run several organized play leagues during a given year, with a mix of store-run and patron-run options. People also seem to like trying new games. Parking is still pretty bad, but on-street parking and being willing to move if you need to can really help mitigate it.

Erik Stonecipher: Fantastic little shop. Great selection for MTG, Warhammer, and much more. Been frequenting recently and every employee I've met has been not only friendly but fantastic to chat with. As multiple have said, the store is a passion product and it shows. Full recommend.{Only thing to watch out for is the parking lot is small and the employees may ask you to move your car, as the neighboring stores guard their spots fiercely. Street parking may be required.}

Ashley Trapp: I've been to this shop three times because it's a bit far from my house but it has been worth it. Each time my experience was better than the last. When you enter the store on the right hand side are about 2-3 shelves worth of books and 1-2 shelves with candles, currently there is less inventory since this store is unfortunately closing down. On the left hand side are bags upon bags of herbs, oils, and other things around those lines. In the front by the register are many different crystals to choose from. To those who haven't been here I'd suggest that you go because it is absolutely my favorite store for all things magical. The owner of the shop is very kind, tries to help you find what you're looking for, suggests things based on what he can read off your aura, has good prices, and occasionally has some funny jokes to share. The shop is usually opened Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday starting at 1pm but currently there's different hours because he's also trying to get things together once his business is done. The new time frame I believe it said on his window is 4pm but if you call him in advanced he's pretty flexible and is willing to open up around his old scheduled hours. My friend and I went to this shop on Tuesday. I called the owner in advance and he was very kind to open the shop early for us. I bought many oils, candles, and books. I walked out with 5 books and when I came home I realized 3 of them were the ones he suggested to me based on my aura and I'm so glad he found these books for me. As a heads up for those who do decide to come to this store he is only able to accept cash at this time because again, his store is closing down. If you don't have cash on you a few stores down is a chase bank on the corner where you can withdrawal money which is what my friend and I had to. Again, I suggest people to go to this store because it has a great atmosphere with lots of amazing items to look at, and of course an adorable kitty.
