I haven't bought a mattress in a long time. I went to mattress firm and can't say enough about Ed, Steve, and Sam! Ed was very patient and informative as I tried almost every bed in the store. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful in making sure all items I wanted were ordered and set up for delivery as I needed. Sam was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to help me the next day when I decided to switch to a queen! As a team, they were great and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. They definitely earned my business and I will return soon to replace another mattress!
I walked in and was in a bit of a hurry and left out, and Deondre the sales person came to the door and waved at me and said he could help me, as I was backing out of the parking space, and I said I’d come back. He said please come on in let’s see what we can do for you. I decided to go back since he took the time to come out!!! Well we found a bed with a free adjustable bed frame, and he was extremely helpful!!! I would’ve kept going if he hadn’t come to the door, maybe went back another day, but for sure I was leaving, and there were other people in the store at the time and I wasn’t ignored. I just thought I could slip in and look around, and leave but he made that sale and I’m grateful!!! Thanks for going that extra step!!! Mrs A

Persickety Consumer: Jim the store manager and Reese the in store salesman were very helpful in trying to manage frustrating irregularities in an online order. They assisted as far as they could, assisted in getting the correct frame, then put me in contact with the correct party to deal with the online issue. In short, I learned that it is better to put your order in at the store front in case there are delivery issues rather than through the chat on the website. Through the chat I was not aware that I was not dealing with my local store. Online reps have inconsistent levels of knowledge.Also I learned that when placing orders a new account must be created each time so that the purchase goes under the correct name for warranty purposes. Do not allow reps to pull up an existing account through your phone number.With these cautions in mind I would not hesitate in working with the folks and buying from the Silver Spring Mattress Firm in the future.

We immediately found a sofa style that we liked, and Anthony provided information and advice as to what would look good together. His customer service was impeccable and we loved working with him.Anthony brought Micheal in to help us size the furniture to our living room with measurements and drawings. Micheal is unbelievably friendly and bent backwards to satisfy our needs. This was the best experience I have ever had buying furniture.Customer service is what sets them apart from any other store. Kate May: We went to Biltrite after seeing it suggested on the Milwaukee Reddit page for a great place to buy furniture. We were there to buy sofas. Nels helped us and gave us very useful insight and info on the different brands and while he was attentive and helpful, we never felt pressured or bothered when he came to check in on us. We purchased two sofas and are looking forward to their delivery later this week! We felt very good about our experience; Nels seemed to really care that we got a great price AND a great product and was not just trying to make a sale. Thank you!

Secondly, delivery was quicker than we thought it would be. Finally, the tables were exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them.

In addition, my husband is 6'3" and I am 5'2" so what constitutes comfortable furniture for each of us is quite different. Randi was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable, both with regard to quality of furniture, comfort and design. She was so patient. I never felt rushed or pushed. Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.
