James Vollbracht provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He helped me find what I wanted at a reasonable price. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and packaged very well so that no damage occurred in shipping. The table looks like new and functions flawlessly. I am not a person to typically write reviews but given the great customer service and quality of the product I felt they earned a 5 star review and would give 6 stars if I could. I have already referred two other surgeons to James and will definitely be doing more business with this company in the future. A pleasure to do business with! They will not disappoint you.

Lex Lorther: Theses reviews can be deceiving, I didn't expect much base on reviews before going in to pick up a wheel chair for my grandmother. To my surprise, the staffs were extremely helpful and welcoming. I went in two separate occasions and everyone was polite both times, unlike what reviews stated on customer service. They were very patient taking their time to make sure my grandmother was fitted correctly into her new wheel chair, trying multiple chairs. Although the place is small, they seemed to have a good amount of inventory.

Being on the other side of your profession as a patient is definitely something that is intimidating and, in my case, was unplanned. After a skiing accident I tore my ACL and was headed for surgery with Dr Benji Miller. It is an overwhelming experience altogether. My surgeon wanted me to have additional modes of therapy to aid in the ease of my recovery. Kinex Medical company in Chattanooga TN reached out to me to setup a time prior to surgery for me to come in and pick up my equipment. Upon arriving to Kinex Medical I was greeted by staff and quickly moved to a private room where I would spend some time with the rep, Justin McKinney, where we would discuss everything about the equipment that I would be using for recovery. As a medical professional myself, I take pride in making people feel comfortable and make sure I've done my duty to educate the patient as best as I possibly can, even if that means taking extra time. Justin could not have done his job any more perfect than he did. From his demonstration to his explanations and organization I could not have handpicked a more impeccable experience than I had. Although the medical knowledge and experience that I have may seem to have been more beneficial to understand this equipment I was still a bit overwhelmed. I am thankful for the thorough explanation and the time that was spent with me. I had no questions about how I may contact anyone with questions when I got home because Justin made sure I understood everything before I even left the building. He has done a wonderful job making you tube videos of demonstrations on proper ways to use equipment and apply braces. The you tube videos are definitely a gamechanger especially when people have to share that with those aiding in recovery. My overall experience with this company, the rep and my equipment have been outstanding. I highly recommend Kinex Medical. This cold therapy has been a lifesaver for me.
