Katherine Wood: Noteworthy details: The check-in person and the manager worked together to solve a small check-in glitch. If I could give them a rate of 10, I would. They were informed, gracious, and served us with sincerity and a great sense of humor. I could not be more pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and I loved that they have a water bottle filling station, so I didn't have to purchase plastic bottles. The restaurant in the basement was handy and tasty.

Terri Tucker: We have only been to Milwaukee once for a college tour. We was planning a trip back 1.5yrs later and was looking for a good hotel moving our son into his college dorm. We picked this hotel bc of the amenities and the how close it was to the college. This hotel has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Anytime they saw us we were greeted and asked if there is anything they can do for us. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot breakfast items that you don’t see at other hotels like chorizos and corn beef hash. The workout room had top of the line equipment. Didn’t get to use the pool this time but planning on using it the next time we are there. Will definitely stay here again.

Ambrocio Vega: It was a great stay. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and professional. The restaurant was great as well.Rooms: The room was nice and clean. I stayed at the Hilton the week before and the bed at the Holiday inn was better than the bed in the hilton.

Susan Cripps: Everyone has been so nice. TaMia on the evening of 12/17/2023 was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and never once showed anything but kindness. I can’t say how much I appreciate her. The server when I had breakfast was very friendly and was the only one there, so she did wonderful. Great job by all. Jose Macias: Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the Fiserv forum and too downtown Milwaukee. Couldn't find the Mansion in Wisconsin that T pain was talking about, but no worries. Still had a great time here. Anyways, one of the rooms was smelling like cigarettes. We asked to be moved and they let us and there other room smelled a lot better. Felt welcomed here and would come back to visit when the Celtics come to play.

C Coger: Beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. Walking distance to so many bars, restaurants and the Bucks! The meeting space was perfect for our group. The bar and seating areas made it perfect for us to mingle between events. The staff was great and they make breakfast work even though it isn't a full spread. The rooms were clean and bed was super comfy.

It was freezing cold outside and yet he always maintained a positive attitude the entire time.His exceptional performance proved me to that customer service is not completely dead.If you get a chance to read this, keep it up Daniel. Emily: , very limited view considering it was a "lake view" room, a very small bathroom, and thin walls where we could hear neighbors talking at night. We found the room hot but the thermostat would not let us lower the setting any further. There was one mirror in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, clean, and room service was outstanding and better than expected.One elevator was out of service for a day or two but was fixed before we left. Our guest card didn't let us out of the parking ramp. The help button didn't work, and when we called the front desk no one answered. We had to physically get out of the car and walk to the front desk to have them give new cards to exit the ramp. Luckily no one was waiting behind us in the ramp.Luggage racks were unavailable unless you pay/tip the concierge/bell hop service to bring the bags for you. They won't let you use one if you ask.The pool was clean. I wish it had more jets to filter the water. There was no hot tub. The pool towels were very nice.The fitness center had a good amount of weights and equipment but looked dirty like it needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. It was in the basement.Club access was nice and staff were very friendly. I loved the fresh cut fruit at breakfast. I wish pancakes or waffles had been included.Club daytime snacks included gummy bears, snack mix, chips, m+m's, Kind/Clif bars, pop, and other beverages. Too much junk for the kids. I think apples and oranges were also available.Club evening hors derves weren't that great and they looked inexpensive- chunks of stinky cheese with flatbread sesame crackers, wontons, baked pierogis, an honor bar and macrons every night.We witnessed a staff with long blond hair come into the Club room from the Blu bar, grab tips, and then return back to the Blu bar room.The Mason Street Grille was very expensive and not kid friendly. The service was slow and the food was not great.

N H: The rooms are fine. I think each one has it's own quirk. But what really shines here is the staff. I had an issue with my room in the evening and went to the front desk a bit irritated. The two ladies behind the desk did everything within their power to fix the issue and they did. But the best part is they see you as a person not a corporate desk person speaking to a customer. If I catch their names I'll update this cause they amongst the rest of the staff should be recognized.
