Skid McMarx: I work for a general contracting company and we send these guys our tools for repairs. Not only is their website super easy to use the repairs are fast and free of charge as long as the tool is under warranty. Cannot say enough about how good the service is.

Michael Pelzek: I made a long extensive negative review about a couple months ago. However while I was dreading going there as soon as I went the experience was completely different. They got a whole new staff everybody was really cool friendly and they were quick. Now keep in mind last time I went there was a line of 3 people and it took me 20 minutes to get to the counter. This time there was a line of idk 15 and it was faster then last time. Granted the situation could have been completely different and that's understandable. But what impressed me the most was the staff and that is all I could really ask for the manager Mrs lipson was very professional and extremely friendly so overall the experience was great. Thank you for getting staff that don't hate every single person that comes in.

They cater to healthcare and have a great group of people who bend over backwards to meet our needs.I have nothing but good things to say about Direct Supply and every nursing home I work with uses the TELS preventive maintenance program. The TELS program also is for corrective maintenance, tracking equipment for costs spent on repairs, warranty and increasing the lifespan of the equipment by taking better care of it.Direct Supply has the most innovative ideas and stays on top of the needs of the industry.I am not a salesman for them but have found them to be a partner in the industry and support them 100 %.

Jim McGuigan: Businesses will appreciate their selection and the service. While they do take walk ins, you should know what you want when going in. Their specialty is business to business. So if you know that you need a heavy gauge mop or a case of shop towels they’re great. If you’re unsure of what you want and need some DIY advice, you may want to go to a DIY store instead of where professionals shop. They have a nice selection of Milwaukee tools as well as a full catalog which is available either online or in paper form. Fortunately for me they knew exactly what I needed. But then, I run a business.
J Senior: These guys are very helpful. I had limited knowledge on the part I needed but they were experts in getting me exactly what I needed right away with a little F.Y.I. so that I could get the job done! I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. Sometimes when you are a young black male in a mostly white store, the associates are apprehensive to even ask if you need help. Its not about race to be clear, but I challenge anyone to say they have never experience a poor shopping experience and atmosphere because of it. This experience was different. In and out in minutes and welcome back anytime. I appreciate these guys for their time and effort. Thanks.
