INVIVO: what do users think?

Natasha Posey: Excellent physical therapy session! The best in town!!

Tim Nelson: Paula and Maurice are fantastic! I feel like the assessment and treatment was the best I've gotten across several therapists. Lovely location as well.

renee lafleur: John is AMAZING! It is always an incredibly healing and restorative experience!

Rosemaries Balistreri: Emily and Maurice are doing a great job in getting me fit and strong!Really enjoy working with them!Highly recommend Invivo

Terry Suzanne: Maurice is a spectacular physical therapist. He has restored my faith in physical therapy after several negative experiences with other PTs.

Sally Merrell: I received good PT from Paula. Her yoga background was very helpful as she educated me about my neck and lower back issues and how to continue my yoga practice

Kari Wellhausen: I was in pain. I had limited mobility and ability. When I left, I felt 75% better and had a plan to get back to 100%. Maurice did a thorough and complete job!

Danny Tyksinski: As a companion to physical therapy with Maurice and Paula for a running injury, I scheduled a sports/deep tissue massage with Karen. As with every Invivo experience, I felt so cared for and impressed by Karen’s expertise. Thank you so much Karen and the rest of the Invivo staff! Seriously so grateful for this place!

Kristi Davis: I have been a physical therapy patient at InVivo for various back issues for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Haje Black: Maurice and Emily are excellent therapists!

Annabella Bautista: A really cool facility. My massage was exactly what I needed and helpful. Will definitely check out the other options they have available.

Kimberly Casey: I was extremely impressed about the services I received at Invivo Wellness. The clinic was very clean , quiet and therapeutic all of the tools needed for self care. My examination was conducted by Dr. Hecker. Dr. Hecker was very professional and informative and had visual information to assist you with understanding how our psychological stressors can have a impact on areas of our body that causes discomfort and pain. I look forward to my next exam. Thank you Dr. Hecker and Welcome....

The Heart Revival Center for Yoga: what do users think?

Bryanna VanCaster: The heart revival center is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. They are so much more than your average workout focused, get in and get out yoga studio. The heart revival center is a community of people who offer spiritual support, guidance, encouragement, meditation practice, Buddhist teaching, breath centering practices in addition to a wide variety of yoga classes. They not only give back to communities here and abroad but also teach what it means to be a good citizen. I truly feel a sense belonging here.

Dave VanSweden: It was nice. I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Lindsay Rush: You feel the calm and inclusion the moment you walk in. I did a noon class with Jody and she was wonderful. I felt relaxed yet worked up some good internal heat! I highly recommend!

Tom Gatewood: I can't say enough good things about this team and the group of people who attend. I feel so lucky to have discovered this place.

KMC: A welcoming & healing space. Meg's guidance & light throughout the class is empowering & restorative. Thank you!

Sarah Wonder: Really love the light feeling the studio offers. Have gone to a couple workshops and have really enjoyed them!

Tanya Murphy: Meg's new yoga and meditation center is an oasis....a place to put aside the tasks of the day for just a bit, and have some time to take care of you; with warm conversation, a nice cup of tea, and a yoga/meditation practice that is traditional, accessible, authentic, and meaningful. I love spending time there in community with others, and especially with our fearless yoga and meditation teacher, Meg. She has created something truly unique and wonderful.

Christine Lemon: Meg's Heart Revival brings joy, awareness, support and kindness to each person who enters whether for yoga or meditation. For me, the Heart Revival has been a place of exploring who I am in the world and inside myself. Meg's guidance has allowed me to give myself a break and realize that I do not have to be all things at all times for everyone. Life has it's ups and downs, and it is wonderful to know that there is a space of warmth and compassion that Meg has created over these past few years to explore more deeply my relationship to all things. A sense of community and belonging are what you will find in this space. I'm so proud of Meg and her fellow teachers; what an exciting place to just 'be'.

Becky Aten: If you're here reading this review, whatever led you here, it's for a reason. One's path doesn't cross with Meg's by chance. My experience with The Heart Revival started in 2018 on Meg's retreats and in the Awakened Heart Sangha, the community meditation circle she leads. At the time I had pretty intense anxiety, and my therapist encouraged me to practice mindfulness meditation as a way to find healing. It seemed to be working, so decided to delve a little deeper and see what a whole weekend of practicing meditation and yoga would be like. I signed up for a retreat even though I was a super-beginner, and I was feeling seriously insecure about that.Retreats are pretty dang amazing! They're designed for everyone to feel comfortable at any level of experience with yoga and meditation. What makes them truly special, though, is Meg's gift for creating and holding safe and supportive space for people to be vulnerable, feel loved, get curious, and share honestly with one another. Her teaching style is humorously relatable, conversational, and welcoming, but just as much of what I've learned has been from fellow community members, encouraged to share their stories under Meg's guidance. Her leadership is so refreshing because she's subtly wise but she's also in touch, in reach, and totally human.Living in this world can be exhausting, but I love this community, where everyone belongs and it's safe to be real. I get to be in the presence of so many beautifully flawed human beings who genuinely show interest in one another. Every time I show up, I learn something! I don't think it matters what you're looking for; if you were led to The Heart Revival, there's something here for you.

Stephanie Overman: I’ve been lucky enough to have a chance to practice in this space...and I absolutely adore it. Natural sunlight peaks through and the quaint home of The Heart Revival has such lovely energy surrounding it. It sits across from the lake and right next to the woods....a true getaway within the city.

Katrina Valente: I started my yoga and meditation journey years ago, but it wasn’t until I met Meg that I felt really connected through community. I took her yoga classes, continuing to feel a sense of acceptance and belonging, and then she started The Heart Revival. I have been on two of The Heart Revival’s retreats in the last year, and they have truly impacted my life in a permanent way. Meg brings those of us together who are longing for a place to belong, share, and feel accepted and seen. I’ve met the most incredible people, as well as having left each retreat with a newfound perspective and love for myself. I am truly grateful for having met Meg, and suggest anyone who is considering joining The Heart Revival community to take a class, attend a community meditation, or attend a retreat!

Marissa Meddaugh: Let’s be honest, life gets hard. The Heart Revival and Meg herself, have held me with acceptance, guiding me to support myself, unconditionally. Practicing in Meg’s Yoga classes gives me a space to reconnect with myself and explore my body. And the best part, her beautiful singing and chanting during some of her classes. ❤️ I’m new to meditation last year, and the community that is The Heart Revival, brings support to my journey. Her meditation retreat “Befriending the ache” is a place that I got to meet incredible women who gathered together to explore, learn, connect and heal together. I can’t say enough how impactful The Heart Revival has been, and will be for our community and life itself! I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

Danielle Foss: I am so excited for Meg to have her own center for yoga and meditation right in Milwaukee. I appreciate her traditional style of yoga and meditation along with her encouragement to be creative and curious about myself and my practice. Her retreats have been incredible experiences for me over the last year. She puts thought and effort into creating a comfortable space that has made it easy for me to explore and share deep parts of myself and to appreciate others on that level. I am forever grateful for her guidance and motivation to build my own sense of spirituality based on my experience. I am looking forward to connecting and growing with community in her new space!

Maggy Olson: The Heart Revival has brought me so much joy, love and clarity. The joy of playing or building a social mediation practice with new friends. The love of self that Meg promotes with grace. The clarity of mission to heal yourself to heal the world. The restorative yoga helps my body recuperate from long runs, motherhood and daily stress of urban life. The practice of mediation is difficult for me but Meg reminds me that there is not perfection just practice.I am so thankful to have Meg and the Heart Revival in my life. It has changed my outlook and supported me through difficult times.

Meggie Graham: I was fortunate enough to go on a heart revival retreat I wish I was a life-changing event for me. Subtly the retreat and Meg’s guidance has helped me shift my perspective and has helped me develop a personal mindfulness practice. That practice continues to shape not only my outlook, but has given me the gift of space respond rather than react to situations. It also has helped me experience events in my life that previously I would have mindlessly blown past.

Tosa Yoga Center: what do users think?

Kelly Kluth: I have been attending Tosa Yoga since I moved her from Chicago 6 years ago. The teachers are so knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling reset and at peace. I moved about 45 minutes away 2 years ago. I have struggled to find a studio that makes me feel the same way Tosa Yoga does. Any time I get a day off I try to come out for a class! I would highly recommend trying out a class!

Rachel Burdick: has such a welcoming vibe and her entire team is so friendly and knowledgeable!Yoga has helped me mentally and physically go through my breast cancer diagnosis and all of my surgeries and recovery. My strength, mobility, as well as my confidence have all improved!!For anyone newly diagnosed or recovering from breast cancer surgeries or treatment, I recommend giving yoga a try; I’m so glad I have Tosa Yoga and I always leave feeling uplifted and energized 🧘‍♀️ ❤️‍

Mac Goertz: Tosa Toga is a true gem. This beautiful studio space has a good offering of class times and experience level variability. Melanie and other instructors are welcoming and affirming, with an eye on nurturing an inclusive community. I came to yoga to treat my chronic pain, I've stayed for the mindfulness, grounding, and intergenerational connections that accompany.

James Durawa: Very chill and accepting space. Teachers are highly motivated and knowledgable. Love being part of the community here during uncertain times with everything that has been happening in our often times chaotic world. This is completely relaxing and we all go at our own pace! Find peace, strength, and leave your ego at the door.

shana blackman: Tosa Yoga is such a welcoming place. All of the staff are awesome! As a beginner, I never feel intimidated during classes and feel great after.

David Koslowski: , her voice practiced and rhythmic, soothing but energized creating a safe space to drop into. The class ends and it provided good things. Generate heat, awareness, a good flow; you feel squozed out and good, and people talk afterward instead of all hustling out the door in a flurry. And THEY seem engaging too. Is Tosa Yoga actually putting good out into the world?? It's probably illegal in 15 states, but they're doing it anyway! This, my fellow yogis, is Tosa Yoga. I drove an hour again a few days later just to take a second class and see if it was a fluke. Narrator: it wasn't.Sure, I'm *really* jaded from subpar teaching in Upstate NY, but I've also learned from some truly amazing teachers elsewhere. You at least owe it to yourself to take a few classes at Tosa and see how it feels, and if you're experienced she can offer plenty too. Wouldn't mind seeing a more advanced or in-depth class

Dave Overzet: This is a very welcoming studio with a variety of classes that you can take. I’ve had a very pleasant experience here.

Laura Becker: I love coming to Tosa Yoga! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Melanie and her amazing staff all greet you by name when you arrive and continue to check in throughout the class. There are a variety of classes and workshops to choose from. I appreciate the inclusive and culturally responsive nature of Tosa Yoga. 3

Katherine Etta: I just LOVE going to Tosa Yoga Center! Melanie and the rest of the team are very welcoming and radiate positive energy. The studio is comfortable and clean. Being newer to Wauwatosa, I've been hopping from local studio to studio to find my yoga "home" and have to say that I truly learn the most while I'm at Tosa Yoga! Poses are cued well and with detail. Variations are consistently offered. Highly recommend checking out this gem of a studio! 🌿

Melissa Rhoades: Incredibly welcoming experience! Love this studio, the teachers, and the community of students.

Joseph Frederick: A welcoming place with a staff of teachers that know what they are doing. Been going here for years and i never feel I am not continuing to grow. Highest recommendation

Jessica Michaud: I am been going to Tosa Yoga for 10 years now, and not only are the classes wonderful and accommodate all levels, but the people are gems. It’s a wonderful environment to practice yoga in.

Elisabeth Kelly: Beautiful studio with lots of kind, friendly instructors and staff. The classes are relaxing and challenging at the same time. Highly recommend this place!

Norman Brooks: The best place to go if you want personalized yoga. You are never just a person there. Melonie and the whole staff are there and fully supportive of your journey

Nancy Luedke: A wonderful community and a cozy, sun-filled spot to do yoga. This place is a staple in the East Tosa community for good reason. Knowledgeable instructors guide you through classes with ease and make everyone feel welcome, no matter your skill level.

Audra Walker: I have loved every class that I have taken here. What a beautiful space. Welcoming staff and restorative practice every time.

Kevin Williams: I love this place! The studio is beautiful, the instructors are kind and talented. Each class has a cohesive flow as you work towards a peak pose. A welcoming place for all levels. It feels like my yoga home.

Deep Roots Massage: what do users think?

Robert Mentecki: WOW!!!! This was my first massage, and it was life changing!!! Shannon is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I walked in with aches and pains, and with knots in my back, when I left, I felt like I could do a cartwheel. It's all set in a very relaxing atmosphere. I am hooked!

Anna Melville: I highly recommended Shannon at Deep Roots. I think of her as massage artist rather than just massage therapist. As I told her at my most recent visit, "It's not just massage, it's a whole thing". She takes the time to check in before each appointment and connect any issues outside physical concerns to the mind/body/spirit. Sessions are different each time, and she uses intuition combined with a variety of treatment modalities. After a session I notice I feel lighter, more at ease, and more accepting of what is happening in life.

Laura: I had a great massage here. She specializes in fascia, which was great for me!

Kate Sandoval: This was my first experience with Deep Roots Massage, and it will definitely not be my last. The place was very clean and atmosphere was calming. I saw Stephen for a 90 minute full body massage. When I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and gave a very calming presence. He released tension from areas I did not even know were tight! He even relieved tightness and knots that were hidden in my face and deep in my shoulder area. I left the appointment feeling so wonderful and relaxed. The price of the massage was very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot recommend Stephen enough and will be telling my friends in the area to go to him as well!

Joanne Molina: Just moved to Milwaukee and I have been to several massage places in the last couple of months. It is difficult to find one where you feel safe, and the masseuse having a healing energy vibe. I found deep roots massage, and made an appointment with Stephen. The room super was very clean, this place had a nice peaceful, calming energy as soon as you walk in. Had the best 90min deep tissue massage session. I will be back for sure.

Shawnnise Reynolds: It was one of the best massages I ever had. Stephen was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. He listened to me and focused on the areas I felt needed the most attention.

Mallory Madison: Literally the best massage I’ve ever gotten! Stephan was amazing! Will absolutely be back! I normally don’t like to get massages with men but he made me feel comfortable and really targeted all my places of tension. Would recommend!

Kendall Dowsett: I had a wonderful experience at Deep Roots massage, and my massage with Stephen was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had. I used to get massages regularly in chicago and had a place that I absolutely loved, but since moving to Milwaukee early in the pandemic after my daughter was born, I had yet to try out a new spot and was honestly hesitant to do so! My husband got me a gift certificate to deep roots for Mother’s Day and I’m so happy to have found this place right in our neighborhood. The place itself is peaceful and clean, and my masseuse Stephen really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. It was one of the most personalized massages I’ve ever experienced—it was clear he was really paying attention and in tune to what my body needed and took time to focus on certain muscles/areas that felt tight or in need of attention, rather than just going through the motions of a standard 60-minute massage. I will absolutely be back and will be sure to book with Stephen again!

Mary Stremlow: I had such an enjoyable and relaxing massage from Shannon.

Donald Madden: I highly recommend Deep Roots as it has set the standard for what I expect from a massage ever since my first booking! Shannon is exceptional and does her best to find other massage therapists to work with that are reliable and perform great work. I've always been able to trust that I'll have a good experience here.

Elizabeth Pikalek: Today was my first massage I’ve had professionally. Shannon was amazing, the massage gave me goosebumps right away, and I only took a ten minute time slot. I made sure to book another hour-long appointment right away before I left. I am very happy with Shannon, the aura of the studio , and her immediately calming presence. I can’t say enough good things about Deep Roots Massage! Thank you so much for helping my back loosen up and feel so much better!

Yvette Jimenez: I went to my first massage today. It was very relaxing, the atmosphere is definitely calm and tranquil. My masseuse walked me through the process first then made sure I knew how it was going to be conducted. I will be back soon and highly recommend this place.

Jasmine Gonzalez: but I ultimately didn't need to, as the experience was well-tailored to my needs from start to finish. The studio space was warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated all the COVID-19 safety regulations in place. Masks stayed on at all times and I took my post-massage tea to go.I will note: appointment slots can be limited. I got my gift card to Deep Roots in early December and the first opening I could find was for mid-February. But it was so worth the wait and I've already booked my next session!

Michael Pride: Most relaxing massage ever! Shannon customized the whole massage to my preference perfectly.

Emma Caldwell: I have had two massages from Frank. Both times I have left feeling SO relaxed and loose. Frank is a great communicator and really focuses on what’s been causing you discomfort. I’ve already noticed a change in my posture. I feel energized through my work week in a really refreshing way. Would recommend to anyone!
