Sandy Gulliver: More than just a casting agency, Joseph Skow Casting holds workshops and training classes to help you be the best actor you can be. For instance, I recently attended a 3-hr. workshop instructing us on how to send in acceptable self-taped audition videos. The industry is heading more and more in that direction, so I wanted my self-taped auditions to stand out from the rest. I feel very well equipped towards that goal after his class.I learned so much in that three hours, and for the $50 registration fee, I more than made up for it in the knowledge my videos are going to hit the mark. We learned how to set up our iPhones on a tripod, which mic to purchase, the background to use to best enhance ourselves, all the hows and wherefores of 3-pt. lighting, and finally how to edit our videos. I recommend your following his Facebook page to keep abreast of future workshops.
Michele Rodgers: We know Joseph from the casting office, and more recently, his self-tape workshop. In the 3 hour session, he provided lots of great information and hands-on setup experience. Attendees left with a solid plan. Recommended.

Lauren Werfel: We hired Allen through ACA Music to play violin for our guest’s arrival, ceremony, and first dances and received so many compliments! He played beautifully, was kind, attentive to his emails, a great communicator, flexible, and put in a lot of effort to figure out a way to make our vision come to life. ACA was easy to work with, too - we told them what we were looking for and they quickly paired us with someone from their company. We would definitely recommend Allen and ACA Music to any of our friends!
Brian Kemp: and told me that they couldn't get the speakers to work and asked what they should do, leaving me less than pleased. I then was responsible for tell them where they may be able to go buy replacement parts or how to come up with problem solving ideas rather than then handling it themselves. They figured it out in time and once they started playing everything was great but it's hard to forget all the preceding events. So we originally planned for music to be playing during cocktail hour which didn't happen and made the vibe a little awkward with it being so quiet...Once the band played after dinner the dance floor was packed. No one other than my wife and I noticed anything wrong, every person I am attendance had a great time dancing.

I felt incredibly at ease on the day of our wedding as we discussed all the details a few days prior to the wedding. He nailed it the day of.
