Smith Clan: . We always enjoyed visiting her, we loved what they did for the residents, how they treated the seniors and she was always happy being there. Through the years, I have to continued to be apart of the Wilson Commons community, whether that was attending one of the craft fairs or more recently, this past weekend, the Cookie Walk. Rick and his staff are wonderful. I think it says a lot about this community that people still want to visit even if their loved one may no longer be a resident. Keep up the good work Wilson Commons!

Karen Shull: Amazing staff. My mother has been a resident at the Polonaise since 2019 and every need she has she is met with a smile and it's taken care of. Recently, I had to secure an apartment for my sister who was in a fire and needed to be relocated. Kaitlin and Rick have gone above and beyond to make sure this transition. for her would go as smooth as possible...especially with her wound care condition. I cant say enough how much pressure has been taken off my already very heavy shoulders to help to make every day easier. I am beyond appreciative and am very emotional about how exceptional the staff is....from the nurses, the CNAs, and the executive staff....they have been amazing.

Lynda Switalski: My mom was moved to assisted living January 2021. The care she gets there is wonderful. It was a very difficult decision, to have my mother move to assisted living. But Rick understood my concerns and was very patient with this transition. The staff is wonderful, Robin and Rick in the office are wonderful. I sleep well at night, knowing she is so well taken care of.

L C S: The Milwaukee Catholic Home is outstanding. You won't find better care. My profession is Rehabilitation. They are the only place I would go to if I need their help again.
Shirley Wallace: Currently here for rehab due to a broken foot. All staff met me with helpful positive cheerful attitudes. The staff does there very best under trying circumstances to promote health and healing. The staff members and administrators are readily adaptable under pressure, they're also kind and focused on promoting comfort and healing. The therapy department kindly pushes you in the direction of healing even when circumstances are difficult.
Joseph Cardinale: My grandma went to the rehab unit at Milwaukee Catholic Home after a serious cardiac problem. All the staff and therapists were great and contributed to her full recovery. She especially enjoyed the food and going to some of the music programs. Thank you for making her stay comfortable and encouraging her to get stronger.
Aaron Cotter: , and the residents are very well cared for. They will even sit with residents just to talk and keep them company. The food is incredible with actual chefs cooking their food a even willing to cook off menu items to please the people. Elderly care is especially important in todays society and they nail it. Sean Duffey: My mother Dolores spent the last 18 months of her life in the Memory Care Community at Eastcastle Place, and she loved living there. When I’d push her wheelchair back into her room after a meal in the dining room or a walk around the grounds, she would often spontaneously say ‘I love my room’. She would always perk up when one of the Nurses or CNAs entered her room to take vital signs or administer medicine, and engage them in lighthearted banter. Mom was an RN for decades, and spent some time working in nursing facilities with all types of staff, and she often remarked that ‘the girls’ at Eastcastle always treated her kindly and never got upset with her, which was so comforting to me and other family members. I often accompanied Mom to dinner in the dining room, and we were both impressed by the quality and variety of food. I would have been happy to eat the meals that Mom was served. Mom also required a few courses of Physical and Occupational Therapy during her stay, and we found the therapists to be enthusiastic and patient, and to produce significant results. We were also very satisfied with the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services, and I was always confident that Mom would be in a safe and clean room, and in clean clothes. Finally, we appreciated all the dedicated and pleasant staff members, and were delighted that Eastcastle Place maintains an Employee Appreciation Fund to which donations could be made, and runs a secondhand store which funds employee scholarships. Our family happily donated Mom’s clothing and furniture after she passed away, and made a donation to the Employee Appreciation Fund as well.
Tom Arden: My aunt Adele spent her last number of months at the Health Center at Eastcastle Place as she needed greater care that what she had been receiving.As before, we were very pleased with the housekeeping and how pleasant her room was. The food service was very good. The nursing staff members were very friendly and very caring with my aunt right through until she passed in October of 2023.Overall, would highly recommend Eastcastle Place Memory care for your loved ones.

Mary Ralian: Firstly, our neighbor, Bill, expressed his care here with misty eyes, and they treat him like family. He is getting therapy, getting stronger, the staff are amazing in care, cleanliness, and attention. We don’t wait more than 10 minutes for an ‘urgent’ call button. Food is good- he enjoys it. They have birds, fish, outdoor seating for clients and family. The staff are professional, caring and call him by name . Overall a 5!! Thank you CH! Give the staff a raise-$50/ hr and bonus for the extra mile! My husband is a nurse and did clinicals there and had same perspective from the caregiver point of view. Good job- good care for loved ones! Bill thanks you!

Cathleen Slattery: Such a wonderful staff in the Rehab and caring CNA's. Chelsey is an amazing Case Manager!! They really take pride in their work and for their patients. Very compassionate people. The rooms are spacious and private so family can gather comfortably. If they have an open bed when you call, best grab it cause it won't be there for long. The assisted living side is equally great in aspects of care and compassionate staff. Again, if they have an opening, it won't be for long! Pat Sass was such a comfort to our family while there too!
Mike Edelstein: Review is for the rehab floor and staff and services: I cannot recommend them highly enough! My father-in-law rehabbed there after suffering a very serious stroke. Each employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, sweet, and compassionate, from nurses to aides to med techs to therapists to social workers to food services to laundry services to cleaning services and other staff members. Each made an effort to get to know him and learn his preferences. While Covid precautions kept family away, the Congregational Home team became his family and looked after him and truly cared for him. Anyone would be lucky to be admitted there. Thank you, CH!
Nancy Krainz: Excellent facility—caring and professional staff especially the CNAs, Med Techs, nurses, food service personnel, laundry services people, cleaning staff, unit secretaries, front office workers and activities coordinators. Congregational home is a very happy environment with top notch care from everyone who works there.

Kindness is spread thought out the building from not only the staff ,but also the residents. From the moment you step in the building you join a community of respect and care unlike other places. All nursing homes through out the nation will have their struggles ,but the administrator, social workers and nursing managers at Congregational Home strive to improve for not only the best medical care ,but also the best quality of life for there employees and residents.

Alan Graveen: The staff at Oak Park Place is just fantastic! The way they meet the needs of each individual is simply amazing I have entertained there for a number of years now and seen first hand the tremendous job many of the employees do! Laurie is the lovely Activity Director and it’s really great to see such personal involvement with the residents one on one she is A+ in my book as are the rest of the staff I have worked with they truly care and it shows that is so rare in today’s world I highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

Tom Martin: I went on a tour of the community and was very impressed by the multiple outdoor sitting areas on each floor. The staff seemed very friendly in all of their interactions with the residents, and the sales manager was not only very friendly, but she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as we walked through the building.
Courtney Wiher: first moved to Oak Park Place’s Memory Care in February of 2021, she had a difficult adjustment period, as many do who are facing the confusion of dementia and leaving their lifelong homes. Oak Park leadership and staff at the time were a godsend. Since then, my Nonna loved it there. She would introduce us to her best friends - sometimes residents, sometimes staff - and the direct care staff were blessings to our family. They became an extension of our family, as did the hospice team. The leadership transitions were rough, and there were sometimes gaps in communication and cleanliness, but knowing the state of healthcare and CBRF’s today, it was all understandable and we worked thru it. They cared for my Nonna til the end, and when I went in to clean out her room one final time today, her memorial card was the centerpiece on their elevator board ❤️ It will be very strange no longer going there. I hope the next family and resident who live in room 218 has as positive experience as we did.

The building is beautiful and the apartments spacious. The staff go out of their way to make sure everyone has the opportunity to join in the activities and they are all so kind! Caroline Savage: What a super helpful, kind, and considerate team. I've been extremely pleased and grateful at the time and individualized attention Mom has received from the get-go. The leadership team spared no effort to facilitate a quick move, within mere days, as I was most eager to get Mom out of the hospital and into her own spaces. Understanding, quick, and responsive to every concern, I feel relieved knowing Mom has such a caring and capable team at her back.

Dennis Brown: I would definitely recommend Harbor Chase. The nursing staff and caregivers are outstanding. The care they provide is phenomenal. They work as a team. And I was taught there is NO I in the word TEAM. The front office staff is as professional, passionate and caring as any I have experienced and worked with. The care and compassion taking care of the individual residents and the family members cannot be taught it is within those individuals that work there . I will continue to recommend Harbor Chase to anyone who needs loved ones taken care of.
Rick Maningas: I've sampled the food at Harbor Chase before and the chef always prepares wonderful food. Yesterday's ribs and chicken dinner raised the bar. Everything was fresh, tasty, and unique. From Assisted Living to Memory Care the patience, smiles and willingness to listen have been so important for us as a family. Mom loves her community of friends and that all staff knows her name and is willing to help.if needed I have such appreciation for all the staff. Everyone has been there to listen and will try to improve anything that is brought to their attention. It is a cozy and safe home for mom now which is all that matters.

Placed. my cousin in the facility 6 months ago and if course at first there was frustration. Today she and a neighbor said it is a wonderful environment. No smells wonderful rooms. From the warm, inviting fireplace in the entryway/gathering area to her cozy apartment, Brenwood Park is a comfortable environment in which to live. The friendly and caring staff is consistently attentive to her needs. I would highly recommend BP to anyone looking for an assisted living for their loved one.

Kristine Owen: We moved my mother to Brenwood Park in April and she loves it and so do we. We saw a total of five places and decided on Brenwood because of the warm, vibrant, caring and family feel the environment has. She is very well taken care of by the staff and you know the staff enjoy working at Brenwood Park. There are a lot of activities for her to participate in and a beauty salon available. She seems very happy when I talk with her and she is very glad to be closer to the rest of her family. Thanks to all the staff at Brenwood Park for helping to make my mom's transition so much easier.
Kathie Schlemm: My mom is in her mid-90's and had lived in her home alone until about a month ago. In the past few years, before COVID hit, I toured about 10 assisted living facilities in the area so I knew what was out there when she finally needed to move. Brenwood Park was always in my top 3. I chose Brenwood because the other 2 facilities I had liked gave me the impression of living in a hotel with a lot of closed doors and long hallways. Brenwood is very open and accessible for those with limited mobility. Because of their lovely sitting areas and open dining rooms, there is always a lot of natural light in the building. The rooms are spacious and able to be decorated however the residents want them to be. The staff is kind and patient which was of utmost importance to me because my mom was not happy about leaving her home and was a bit of a challenge when she first moved in. Although visitation is limited because of COVID, I am able to schedule visits in her room and if that's not possible, I can still have window visits with her because all rooms are on one level. Moving my mom to assisted living was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but the staff at Brenwood continues to make me realize I made the right choice.

We have been very happy with the friendly staff and the beautiful facility. We have been able to do socially distanced visits every week which has helped her not feel isolated from her family.

This is and we are in communities like this, and many of the surrounding counties.I highly recommend to my family and to friends who ask where they would send, or should send their family members for assisted-living, memory care, or independent living and this is absolutely one of the first places that I will always recommend!

John R. Hughes: This beautiful facility is staffed with beautiful people. As a hospice chaplain I have occasion to visit the place a minimum of twice weekly, staying for a couple hours each time. Unfailingly, I leave feeling encouraged and inwardly warmed by my experience. Aides, housekeepers, nurses, and administrators are uniformly very friendly and devoted to high quality care, with integrity and respect for the residents.
Penny Gaudet: My dad has been at Heartis since the end of June. There were a few issues at the beginning like getting his showers on a weekly basis, laundry returned end of day etc. However, the staff seems to have gotten those issues taken care of. I am happy with the care he is getting and am especially happy with the activities that are offered. Dad hasn't taken part in any of the off site activities but he loves the social hours with alcoholic beverages and snacks. Also, the guest speakers as well. We are Jewish and Heartis has been recognizing the Jewish holidays with special activities for the Jewish residents. And The community of residents is wonderful. He has made several friends and enjoys seeing his dining room table mates greatly. Dad came down with COVID on December 30. It wasn't confirmed until after the head nurse had left for the holiday weekend. She came back to Heartis in the late afternoon, saw him, got intouch with his doctor's office to get Paxlovid prescribed and made sure he was comfortable before leaving again. I felt very good that he was being taken care of. All in all I would recommend Heartis.
Christie Ortwein: My mom and I recently toured the Heartis facility with Angie Mehring and loved it. Angie and her team could not have been more welcoming and Angie did a great job walking us through all of the various options that Heartis has to offer for residents in various life stages. The facility itself is gorgeous and very well appointed, and though we couldn't tour the outside grounds due to weather we could see how beautiful the setting is and how peaceful the residents must find it.

Sara Bueno: I absolutely love this assisted living home for my father. He recently moved in this past year and there has been no regrets. Everytime I come to visit him, I'm welcomed by a young nicely groomed lady. She is always smiling and looks like she is very proud of her job. I've had the enjoyment of sitting down with their executive director, she too seems to care about her job and residents. When I came to visit my dad one day, the management team was out helping the care staff, Ive never been to a place where the management team went out of their way to engage with their residents. My fathers needs are always meet. He loves the engaging activities and the home made meals. I'm so happy we can call this place home for a man that means the world to me. I know they love him just as much as I do.
