Blaze Smith: Very convenient and fast. I was able to get a simple screw replacement on my glasses free of charge.
Clarisse Spieth: Me and my partner when in to get their glasses fixed. They lost a screw and needed a new one. When we went in the lady there was super nice and fixed their glasses, and replaced the nose pads too while they were at it.
Cyndi Kramer: I had to find a new optometrist with my move and I walked past this one near my neighborhood several times. I was a little afraid it would be snooty but nope. I have NEVER had this much FUN getting a new prescription and lenses!Super, super, super nice everybody and the BEST covid precautions! You're met at the locked entrance and they make sure you are wearing a mask correctly. You get a squirt if sanitizer as soon as you walk in. Everything is sanitized after use, everyone is distanced, and no one wanders around. The frames you select are put in a tray by the person helping you and then sanitized before being put back. If you want to see yourself without a mask you get a hand mirror and a private area in the entryway to take a look.Just all around AWESOME!
James Asbury: The personal one-on-one service was excellent! Everyone tells me they love my new frames! Strangers stop me in the Metro Market and tell me how much they like them! They stop me on the sidewalk while I'm walking my dog and compliment me on my choice! I didn't even pick them out but I'm glad I took the salesperson's advice! Worth every penny!

Omar Flores: If I could rate over 5 stars I would. I've never had such a comfortable experience at an optometrist. Every staff member is incredibly knowledgable and clearly passionate. Bronze himself is truly passionate and interested in his work, with a genuine consideration for the customer. I specifically had a great experience with Sherri, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience is more than perfect. Legitimately, words cannot do this place justice. My experience with Bronze Optical has been beyond incredible. I recommend this place to anyone that want's top notch service, unique frames, and the best possible bang for your buck. Bronze Optical will NOT sell you unreliable cheap frames, nor will they sell you overpriced frames. I have people coming up to me asking where I got my glasses almost everyday.
S Berg: I can't speak highly enough about Bronze Optical! The staff is helpful without being obnoxious. I've worked with Justine and she's been able to suggest frame styles that I would have never picked for myself...and I now get compliments on my glasses.Their customer service is the best in town. They are always glad to adjust my frames when they need it and taught me the right way to clean the lenses.The selection isn't the biggest in town but it's full of stylish, interesting frames that will appeal to a wide range of faces.Their customer service even includes keeping me in mind when they get new frames in stock and calling me when they have a pair of glasses that they think I would like... And once they sell a pair, they don't carry it again!Be sure to tell them that Sarah sent you!!
Bob Ryan: Quality place to get eyeware. The staff are friendly and timely. Whenever I come in for an appointment, I am seen at my scheduled time, sometimes a little earlier. The optician techs, in particular, Tammia, is very good at her job. She has 20+ years of experience and did a great job teaching me how to put in contacts correctly.

I have been wearing glasses for over 70 years and have worked with many chain and private optician businesses. My experience at Bronze Optical exceeds all others. Bronze has a talent for choosing the best quality and style vendors, working with his clients to select frames that are style statements that compliment a person's personality, and providing price points that compete with the chains. Choosing Bronze Optical, in my opinion, is really not a decision, but a given. He is fabulous!
Donald Hill: . Before Bronze Optical my trips to get new glasses were prompted to replace cheap broken frames every year or so. Now they last forever and I keep the old ones for backup or convert into tinted sunglasses.Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Johnnie Moorer Jr: I started going here April 2015 to get an eye exam and eyewear. Pleasant, prompt, friendly, and accommodating are the words to best describe my experience. My glasses were better than expected. I’ve returned April 2023 for the same procedure, and it was even better than my first visit. I didn’t have insurance this time but Dr. H worked with me and gave me a very affordable price for the exam and eyewear. Note: My prescription lenses were on the more expensive side. Really appreciate him and the staff. They made my visit comfortable and thoroughly explained my results and prescription. This is the one and only place I’m going to for optical needs. Thanks again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 27th St Optical to anyone, especially if you haven’t been to the eye doctor in awhile.

Sharon Buchholz: When entering the store, everything looks amazing with all the displays of glasses. The high ceiling room is warm and bright. The eye doctor did a thorough exam. Found a change in my prescription. She cared about my needs and explained each exam. The doctor suggested a new kind of contact for dry eyes. Supplying me right away with a free trial of contacts. Lastly, the owner of the store cheerfully helped pick out glasses. She always does an amazing job. The billing was done right away with everything sent to my insurance company. Quick service and quick time to get my new glasses and contacts. So satisfied.
