Beans & Barley: what do users think?

Luke: Good food and service. Dining area isn’t very big, often have to wait for a table. Portions are reasonable for the price, but not huge. Attached market has some hard to find items, but most of what’s there is overpriced. Very good desserts, which are on display in the bakery area. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The parking lot is small, so I recommend parking on the street and walking if you go during peak times. Bathrooms are classy and clean.

Riverwest Co-Op: what do users think?

Sammie Stiehm: Love having this co-op in the neighborhood. I frequent here so much and love supporting them. Their selection is pretty dang good for being such a small shop, and they have reasonably priced local eggs. The grab and go cooler is so convenient, often have fresh baked goods at the counter, a good bulk selection where I can bring my mason jars in and fill them up, and they always have fresh locally roasted coffee for cheap. Missing the cafe but hoping there’s more and more pop up events!Editing to say I’m not sure why that person below me is so pressed about it costing $120 to join the co-op, it’s literally $20 for the year. Maybe for the lifetime benefits but you don’t have to pay that up front. You don’t have to be a member to shop here either.

Nicholas Ruggieri: Every neighborhood needs a Riverwest Co-Op!!! Sad that the cafe is no longer open BUT you can still get a BBQ tofu wrap and other classics in the deli cooler.

Michael Gotsch: Great local spot!

Jill Capicchioni: Amazing store

Patrick Sundlof: Yummy coffee ☕☕☕ thanks!

Sean: Sad to see the cafe closed, hopefully one day it'll be back since the food was delicious. Anyway, the grocery has a pretty good selection for the size, with a decent bulk food section, some hard to find vegan ingredients and interesting local finds. It's on the pricey side for some things, but I like to stop there and support the co-op

Sherry La Rae Thiel: Not a bad place

Stacy La Point: This place keeps getting better - an anchor in the Riverwest neighborhood.

Liz Sevier: Amazing selection of vegan cookies and other dairy alternative products!

Story Hill BKC: what do users think?

Bethany Blount: Quick Update: It's still delicious! I had more restraint than below, but I also came hungrier. They have several delightful crêpe options this season. I wish I could afford to try them all!Absolutely delish! We went for a little brunch and ended up splurging on a three course meal. I made the joke when ordering dessert that I would have to be wheeled out of the restaurant. It was all so good though that my willpower abandoned me. I would highly recommend!

Dave Dunn: Last two times I have gone here I have had bad food. Fried chicken livers way over done, and beef shank was dry and tough, variable were under cooked to he point of being raw. And last time I went somehow my bill came out to $168. I had drinks and bought cocktails mix to go, but just seemed like too much after I thought about it. Not sure if I trust restaurant manger, seemed to be playing around with the bill.

Bel: I had a delicious cup of coffee and ordered the following: Mushroom and spinach waffle. Bread pudding waffle with mushroom duxelle, broccolini, salad, feta, truffle oil, poached eggs and smoked shallot marmalade. Looks great....however, my waffle was burned and BLACK on the bottom. Also one egg was hard in the center, not poached. Not inedible, but it could have been an amazing dish if they hadn't plated the burned waffle. The accompanying salad had a very good dressing....love breakfast with some salad on the plate. Great atmosphere and service. I'll be back.

FreshFin Poké: what do users think?

Byron Duran: Love this place! My favorite is the Sweet Avo. This one is the Spicy Tuna, really good, too! The only thing I am disappointed about is the removal of Kimchi from the menu.Vegetarian options: The menu has different options, just don't choose the ones without animal products.Dietary restrictions: The menu has different options, just don't choose the ones with dairy.Kid-friendliness: It's in a building that hosts other stores and offices. Very quiet and clean.

Tom D: Fast and tasty. What else you want!Recommended dishes …

Lesli Johnson: So good!!
