Trevor Jon: Hard to rate a warehouse because all you do is pick up what you've already bought, but this warehouse is just something else. It's got a big door, and there's a sidewalk close by. The people in the office area are nice, and I got the tile I paid for. Would definitely go here again if I buy more flooring from C-land.

Called Sam on a Friday and explained the situation, said we were opening on the following Monday and needed the remaining carpet install completed ASAP. They don't work on weekends, but Sam managed to get some guys out promptly Saturday morning to complete the job in time for me to open my office so I could see my patients. Also, his install guys were very polite and respectful. Don't look anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Very happy. THANK YOU SAM, YOU SAVED THE DAY!!!

Paul N.: It had been years since I shopped there for carpeting. Kristin N. was our sales rep and she was great. We first looked at remnant carpet rolls for a basement project. They had some great options available but there was not a large enough remnant for the room. We moved on to a quality carpet that was priced well. The installation was top-notch. They worked with my elevated basement flooring, two doorways, and 15' of transition where laminate meets carpet. Perfection. They also carpeted a stairwell and it looks great. There are so many samples at their shop, that it's worth the trip over to their store. Big box stores just don't have the selection that Carpet Town does.
Jeffrey Williams: Good products, and maybe good service...or....I have been using Carpet Town for many years, and I have always liked their prices and service. Tom R. was my go-to salesman, but he has retired.I had carpet installed in two rooms of a rental apartment about two years ago, and recently it bunched up by a doorway in the first room. The renter at the time is still there, and never had a problem before like this in 20 years. I am getting charged a "minimum charge" of $300 to have the carpet re-stretched in this 11.5'x12' room. That seems a little steep for something that feels us likely to be caused by them in the first place.

We were impressed with the estimator, Dave, that came out and measured everything. He had so much knowledge and experience to share.The installers for our Mannington flooring were such hard workers and so precise. Any requests or questions that we had were handled very professionally.The installers for our Phenix carpeting came in like a tornado. They had so much experience working together that we had total confidence that they would do a great job.Our fears of this whole ordeal were handled so well:1. Our flooring is beautiful and carpeting is luxurious.2. The installations were done to perfection.3. We were confident in Jonathan's handling of our purchase.I am a careful researcher when making decisions and it definitely paid off in our selection of Carpet Town to install our flooring and carpeting. M. Z.: to address my concerns.Sometime later, his crew returned to repair the floor. They spent about 3-4 hours doing the job. When it was done, I was pleasantly pleased with the results. The installer informed me that there was no charge and apologized for any inconvenience I incurred.Nowadays, that level of customer service and integrity is hard to find. Hannah Ceskowski: We had an entire kitchen remodel and our contractor sent us to Hunt’s to pick out our flooring. I worked with Tony and he expertly led me to what I was looking for and helped me pick out a great stone look LVT. He even let me take home a sample for a couple of days so I could make sure the color looked good with my new countertops. I thought that’s where I would be done.When my kitchen contractor said they wouldn’t be able to do the flooring for 3 months, I called Tony and asked if Hunt’s could install it sooner. He quickly checked if it was in stock and then got me on the schedule for the next week! The installation was flawless and they worked around a weird wall with tile backsplash to make sure it looked good. I’m 100% satisfied and found Hunt’s to be the shining star in our entire remodel. Every other contractor and company left us disappointed at some point along the way but at least our floor went perfectly thanks to Hunt’s and Tony!

We had 10days to turn around our rental property including carpeting 3bdrms, stairs, living area, etc. With one call Doug, our sales person, personally came to Sussex with samples in hand. Bobby: If you are making a decision on a flooring company for either your home or business, I highly recommend Hunt's Flooring. We recently purchased a large home that needed remodeling. We met with several flooring companies and almost went with one of them but decided to check out Hunt's to add one more company to our evaluation. We are so happy we met with Tony at Hunt's. From the moment we walked into the store through the installation we were treated like our remodel project was the most important project at Hunt's. About 1/2 of the home Hunt's very professional crew installed high quality, 20mil LVP and another crew from Hunt's installed the upper floors with high quality carpet. Tony asked the right questions during the buying process and then made recommendations based on our requirements for reliable, durable, high quality eye pleasing product. We know our new flooring is going to get lots of traffic by our large family including very active grand children. And it looks amazing! Hunt's was by far the most knowledgeable, offered the best product to fit our needs and managed each phase of the project in a very deliberate and professional manner. We highly recommend Hunt's Flooring!
Donna Benedetto: & stopped in. We didn't find what we wanted & asked Tony if they had the flooring. He said no but could order it. The price was better than our other 3 quotes. We were also doing other remodeling & the project had to be done in 3 phases which they accommodated. They did a wonderful job. This time the job was carpet in the bedroom & we asked for the left over flooring from the first project to be placed in the closet. Again...we were happy with the outcome. It turns out we were slightly short on the wood flooring & Tony had some in stocks & brought it to my home the same day as the installation so the job could be finished. We did forget to ask for quarter rounds for three closet & Tony had that finished within days.

Geralee Ray: I would highly recommend Stu's for your flooring needs! I had to coordinate a wood floor removal and install of carpet in my condo in downtown Milwaukee from another country but they put my mind at ease. Joe and Dan were great through the whole process, and I know I was a difficult customer given that we had to communicate mostly via email, had to pick out carpet from online photos and coordinate with building management which is not always an easy task. I wasn't there for the installation, but my friend who was helping me out said the installation guys were great and left the worksite in great condition. I look forward to getting back to Milwaukee and will definitely use Stu's again for my flooring needs, and I recommend that you use them as well!
Jeff Nowak: Shout out to Jennifer at Stu's Flooring. They installed a wood floor at our condo and I was having problems with a greasy/waxy buildup caused from salt our condo association was using on the sidewalks. Jennifer steered me to a product they use in their showroom and had it at the front to pick up with detailed, hand written instructions. To my surprise, they didn't charge me for the product! They just wanted to help out. I was floored! What great service and help. And the product she recommended did wonders when I couldn't figure out how to cut the coating on the floor. I had originally researched the vinyl on the Congoleum website and both Carpetland and Stu's were listed as retailers. I ended up buying from Carpetland because the price for the exact same flooring was two dollars cheaper. However, had the price been more competitive I would have chosen Stu's. The showroom is nicer and probably has a bigger selection.

My husband and I popped into their carpet shop to look at the various selections. Even if they don't have what ya need on site, they'll get it ordered in, and quick at that. I texted Joe with the selection and he booked us in for the exact date of my request two weeks later.The guys who came for the install were really efficient – it's a quite big space and they got it done within half the day, leaving no mess or digs behind. We are very happy with the overall process, and most importantly how the carpet turned out! Great quality at a really great price.
Manuel S: Was recommended this place by a co worker. Went there and the manager helped us right away. Showed us different carpets and showed us what would be right for our basement. About a week later he came out and measured our basement and gave us a quote of 1400$ for everything including taking the old carpet while Home Depot gave us a quote of nearly 2600$. The workers came out a couple weeks later and they were polite, respectful and quick with the work. After everything the carpet smells amazing and feels so much better than the last! Nikita Outrobine: Daltile doesn't sell tiles to direct public, so I am not sure if one star review comes from the expectations that Daltile is a store, which they are not. We do send our customers to Daltile when they need bigger selection than what we carry, but for the most part we accommodate most requests in our show room. We are remodeling company and we carry Daltile in our show room as well as few other brands. The quality of the tile is outstanding and support is great.

We got there early for our appointment and someone else started showing us around to get us started. The designer was extremely helpful, we found some tile we liked and put everything together. She suggested an optional tile and after going home to look at both, her recommendation was much better. They have a huge selection and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend them.

We bought it in 1991 and had Anderson refinish the floors on the 2nd story in 1993. We were impressed by the work they did to bring out the beauty of the original flooring. When we decided last August to refinish the first floor and the stair treads to the 2nd story, we were delighted to find Anderson Floor Company again. We knew the job presented some challenges. The kitchen floor had always been covered in vinyl products and the remaining rooms needed some upgrading. The stair risers and stinger boards had been recently painted and needed to be sanded carefully to protect the new paint. We also had a range of questions about wood staining and care. After a prompt and reasonable quote for a partial hardwood floor install followed by sanding and staining of existing and new, the detail of what we could expect to happen on what day was thoroughly explained and rigidly stuck to. I even requested extra work be done once the job had started and the friendly office staff and extremely competent flooring guys were able to incorporate it into the existing job without delaying the project at very reasonable cost. Mike Morgan: and allowed us to create a pattern that fit our style.After the material was ordered and on-site, we changed the pattern that we wanted, which required more material to be ordered. FCI let us know immediately that more material was needed, and they had it ordered and delivered very quickly.Once the install was complete, there was one tile which had a nick in one of the seams. FCI came out and attempted to fix it in place, but when that didn't work, they pulled all the tiles out needed to reach the damaged tile and replaced it. Everything looks perfect now.They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our floor. We love it.We will definitely be using FCI for any future flooring needs.Marmoleum colors are Edelweiss and Blue Heaven

We came to them asking for help as our previous contractor had done a very terrible job in our kitchen floor -twice! Dave, from FCI, came to us and was able to regain our confidence in the trade! He was very professional, explained every step of the whole process, from selecting the materials, to the final details. The job was done in a very quick time without any surprises. We knew exactly what to expect from the beginning. Glenn was one of the workers who did the job and his attention to detail was fantastic. They all made sure the job was completed correctly and that we were happy with the results. We were so satisfied at the end, that we even requested an additional quote for a future job.

Sally understood the specific requirements that I had to accommodate my 110-year old house, my pets and my budget. Her excellent design skills facilitated the decision making regarding materials and colors. The job quote came in quickly, as did the financing. We split the job into three parts as part of it was re-covering my front porch, which has to wait for warmer weather, and that I wanted to spread out the interior job into two parts to accommodate my schedule. The materials arrived in a timely manner and Jason did a marvelous job with the installation - artistically accommodating a last-minute adjustment that I needed at the landing of the stairs. Abby came by both mid-job and for a final inspection. I am entirely satisfied with my experience with Floor Coverings International. I look forward to working with them again.
