Due to the unprecedented intake of both cats and dogs that MADACC has been experiencing for several months the cases of feline panleukopenia in their cat population have increased. The Pabst Theater Group is launching the “Pabst for Paws” fundraiser to benefit Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) and their efforts to create a new outdoor exercise and play area for stray, unwanted, abandoned, mistreated, and injured dogs. The new outdoor space, now in its final phase of construction, will provide dogs with a private, year-round retreat from shelter stress with opportunities for exploratory learning and mental stimulation.

In continued celebration of the new Pabst Theater blade sign, we’re selling commemorative, limited edition blade sign t-shirts via Brew City, and those that wish to donate more than the t-shirt price, or who don’t wish to purchase a t-shirt but would like to donate to the cause, can do so via this GoFundMe to help MADACC reach their goal of $50,000.

MADACC is FULL! We need adopters and fosters for dogs ASAP! MADACC does not take owner surrenders and if you need to surrender a pet, please contact Wisconsin Humane Society to make an appointment to do so, or contact another rescue that might be able to help. We need everyone to put visible ID on their dog’s collar and make sure their microchip is updated so we can bring animals straight home rather than impound.
