Milwaukee Area Technical College Downtown Milwaukee Campus: what do users think?

Felicia Wilkins: Very helpful in finding resources

Marvin Pineda: This college expects the best out of you when nNo other reality can accept the worst of you. And I mean this when you find yourself the core curriculums you find yourself to work, you will find the workplace safety becomes pinned between a ladder of a few to honors received by none lest it becomes a receptionist to a catering service. – If you’re looking to be a plumber, here’s where to start, because if I was arguing carpentry over metallurgy in such a calm weathered hallway, you’d be screaming acts of God till the trickle point landed on your face with your belly bestowing all the previous laughter you thought you could manage by yourself. You see, I’d be sitting with the Dean, the Staff of Administration, and an S1185 form wondering whether or not to let a blind man walk out with his cane before I found out who ruined my Mother’s marriage and career progression to her children without blood on my knuckles following WI ST. 118.35, and an Honorable Admission of Servitude seeing as my own efforts will linger the halls into a transferable credit of Guiness World Record Readership to a statement that will leave you to question what the Commissioner is going to say about it. – After all, when school is close by, I’m just looking to form my retirement.Want to challenge that signature? Or leave it in chalk? Lifeless? There’s a little more to me than you knew, and a whole much more I circled around when deciding a chance would be glory.-

Abster Asgard: the field you want to be in. This is one of the best places to go.They have an active news station here that lends out thier studio to MATC and if you take that degree you end will work with people who are actively in the feild. They get you hands on with equipment within the 1st 2 weeks consistently and are very accommodating for accessibility. Half these reviews are reviewing the school as a whole... and you should not go here for a school name you should go here for hands on experience. I will say the school body is unhelpful and if you really want help go through you teachers and program heads.

T3LLA: Great school if you’re ready to buckle down and focus! Universities can have a lot going on and be really distracting, but this school has a balance. There’s definitely fun activities every now and then but when it comes to the academics, they will not leave you hanging either. The classroom sizes are reasonable, giving you the chance to have all of your questions heard and answered.

Alexander Salas: My experience in MATC IT Computer Support Specialist program is limited but good so far. I chose to pursue this degree because it lines up well with my current work experience and career goals. So far, I have been able to take all my classes online with no scheduled class times, so I can complete assignments at my own pace without interfering with my work schedule. Another thing this program does well, is that it offers options to achieve many different certifications on your way to a degree. They also work with businesses to help their student get jobs after graduating. I would recommend this program to someone looking to get into IT Support as a career.

Britanni Hildenbrand: I am in my sixth week taking online courses at MATC. I have chosen the IT Support Associate Degree program, for two reasons: One the program is only two years, I’ll be able to launch into the job market faster, and because IT is such a diverse, and fast growing career path, I know I will find a fit into the IT world upon graduation. I chose MATC because MATC is convenient and conventional. I can take classes online, at my own pace, and be on campus for the classes I need more focus and dedication to. This IT program combined with my 10 plus years customer service experience, I know I will be able to reach any career goal I set. Now, while my interest in computers and knack for problem solving I know this career path will be suitable for me, however, to any prospective student looking for a quick money type of career, this program is not for you. This program consists of lots of physical and mental work, also taking consideration of the customers you are serving. If a prospective student welcomes challenges and is comfortable with asking questions and not feeling intimidated by the mass amount of information you will retain then this is a program for you. Prospective students should also be aware that they don’t have to work or figure stuff out alone, one of my favorite accommodations is having access to tutoring, whether online or in person- at all campuses. Fellow future students should also know that acquiring their degree at MATC is a smart money move, students can save thousands of dollars getting their education here, as opposed to a four year college/university. Future students should also know that credits will transfer to a four year college such as MSOE or UWM.

Kipi Guentner: I've worked here for decades after being a student here myself.

Christine Plamann Photography: what do users think?

Debbie Quinn: Christine is an amazing photographer and just as important very easy to work with.

Fabien Mbaya: Great

Amy Barbiaux: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value

Andrew: The best photographer in the area. Very professional.

suzanne cook: Awesome experience. Christine captures my child's true personality in ways that make him forget he is even being photographed!

Daniel Mayfield: Really casual class, informal which allows for questions, conversation and a relaxed atmosphere. Very informative, especially for beginners.

Renee Totsky: little ones and manages to capture some smiles with no pressure. The images are excellent quality and absolutley gorgeous. Definitely worth the investment.

Meredith Watson: We’ve had several family sessions with Chris and I have been blown away each time by the results. The sessions are actually fun and enjoyable because she puts everyone at ease and it shows in the photos.

Elizabeth Allbright: Christine is an absolute gem, an artist and the most talented photographer I know. She has a knack for capturing the true personality of each person and allowing that to just shine through in her photos. That can be hard to do with a family of six kids but somehow she works her magic! She’s just amazing and so kind to work with, too!

Rachel Arndt: My family has worked with Chris for multiple family sessions, headshots, and senior portraits. She makes my teen and tween feel comfortable in their skin. The sessions are painless and feel natural. I have always received my files promptly. Her photos show our family at our best. I adore the way she captures genuine expressions and true smiles. I treasure these photos!

Sara Larson: Chris is such a talented photographer. She has photographed our family for years, and people are always commenting on the beautiful photos we have displayed in our home. As people look around our walls, we tell them all the good pictures were taken by Chris. She has been amazing with every stage of wiggly/ornery/awkward boys and even captured the perfect romantic photo of my husband and I after 15 years of marriage! I can't recommend her enough.

Susan McNeil: Chris is an amazing photographer! She's primarily done sessions with my son, but also some headshots for me for work. She is fantastic with kids, and her style just captures the essence of each person. Chris is so patient and engaging. She is truly an artist, and is worth every penny! I can't recommend her highly enough!

Margaret Christ: I’ve taken one of Chris’s camera classes and she has taken my family’s photo for several years. The class I took was incredibly helpful. In an afternoon I learned enough to become comfortable using our camera for the first time. She was easy to understand on a topic that I have had a hard time learning about in the past. When she’s taken our family picture, each time I’ve felt sure that my ornery, shy, and/or goofy kids have made this year a dud and every year she works her magic and we have the most beautiful portrait. She is just excellent at what she does. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Maureen Brock: Chris has a gift. She can capture a moment and create a portrait in a way that only true artists can. It's so exciting to see the finished images and put them up in our house. People always ask who did them and we happily recommend Chris. In a market filled with run-of-the-mill photographers, hire an artist.

Angie Kriz: Chris captured my boys and I in our realest form. Our photos turned out amazing. She has an eye like no other and can get two boys to smile at the same time, while capturing my favorite photos to date. She is quick and responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend her services.

Christine Plamann: I think this place is swell 😉

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee: what do users think?

Erin Alexa Sotelo: I have had an amazing experience at UWM so far. Everyone is so kind. Instructors and advisors are very supportive and caring. I have enjoyed all of my classes so far and am grateful to be receiving my education at this university. There are so many opportunities to seek out, and many places to find a sense of belonging. I like this school a lot and hope to continue having a good experience throughout the rest of my time here.
